We've just rolled out two new SOOPER updates! 💳 More billing options You can now offer quarterly, half-yearly and yearly billing on your existing membership tiers! 💬 Dedicated order messaging Service orders in your shop now have their own message threads, keeping conversations organised and your DMs clear. Upload files up to 300 MB directly in the thread. Threads automatically close for buyers once the service is marked as delivered. Enable messaging individually for each product. Manage alerts under Settings > Notifications > Order messages. Order messaging is off by default, so make sure to enable it where needed! More docs and FAQs coming soon. Have a great weekend!

Today, a user in Spain messaged us because Sooper wasn’t working for him. I had similar reports before but never realised what it was untill today! They tried different browsers. Their internet was fine. They just couldn’t access us. At first, I thought something was broken on our end and started looking into it for quite some time! Turns out, it was f***(** football. 😡 Spanish ISPs are blocking entire ip blocks and addresses during matches to stop illegal streams. Only thousands of completely unrelated websites (me) share those same Cloudflare IPs. sooper[dot]app ofc being one of them. as if competing in the creator space wasnt hard enough:/ THIS IS INSANE?!?! We’re building a platform that creators use to run their businesses. They have paying members, sell products, host content and take bookings through Sooper. When our site gets blocked, their members can’t access their communities. They lose sales and we get the blame. All because of these idiots in the government there We have nothing to do with piracy. We’re just trying to build our product and help creators grow their businesses. Yet this keeps happening, and there’s nothing I can do here! @Cloudflare, I am out of options here I think. But do not want to lose beloved protection and SSL! Is there anything smaller customers like us can do to avoid this? It's hard to accept that blocking illegal streams can mean blocking thousands of legitimate websites along the way. There has to be a better way WHAT CAN I DO?!
