馃挰 Dedicated order messaging
Service orders in your shop now have their own message threads, keeping conversations organised and your DMs clear.
Upload files up to 300 MB directly in the thread.
Threads automatically close for buyers once the service is marked as delivered.
Enable messaging individually for each product.
Manage alerts under Settings > Notifications > Order messages.
Order messaging is off by default, so make sure to enable it where needed!
