We moved our banking relationship out of Silvergate before the trouble began and now we continue as normal.

Which will crush smaller banks.
AND make the too big to fail problem way worse.

Had some questions about this recently in light of the discovery that FTX apparently had 0 controls on their margin program. When VCs ask "how are they doing so much with so few people" -- it's because they built none of this, which is rarely seen or appreciated until too late.

Kraken has a limited pool of funds available for margin trading. Once that pool of funds is exhausted, subsequent orders calling for use of the margin pool will be canceled.
