There's gonna be points where people are gonna mistake my confidence for arrogance because they don’t understand the process I went through and how much I had to believe in myself in order to make these things happen. - Curtis Jackson

Seriously - great meeting with the Director of the SEC’s Division of Trading & Markets and his team around the Innovation Exemption and how the broker-dealer ecosystem needs to be more involved in supporting the demand side of the market (and other topics around live products we have in the market) - as well as AI / tokenization crossover-focused discussions with the House Financial Services Committee majority staff and the offices of Rep. Gottheimer and Sen. Rounds. During a tricky election time in Washington, lots of interest on these topics - and strong connectivity between policymakers/regulators and @tZERO .

Don’t know about the ballroom - but we have this from Sen. Rounds office.
Most investors are watching for tZERO's next big partnership.
I'm watching what could make dozens more possible.
Clearer SEC rules for tokenized securities could open the door to institutional adoption at scale.
@tZERO already has regulated infrastructure others can build on.
These meetings matter.
My two cents, worth zero
En route to DC again for meetings with the SEC Trading & Markets senior staff and bipartisan cross-section of folks on the Hill. @SavinoVaness

Tokenization shouldn’t mean rebuilding the entire securities infrastructure from scratch.
The real opportunity is connecting onchain ownership to the systems issuers already rely on, with compliance and shareholder records that stay in sync.
This is what making tokenization work in real capital markets looks like.
Tokenizing shares can create a recordkeeping challenge when onchain ownership records must be kept aligned with a separate offchain shareholder register.
@tZERO's transfer agent keeps them synchronized, supporting 20+ blockchains and traditional and tokenized share classes, all on one cap table.

The WSJ is warning public companies about tokenized stocks. The risks deserve scrutiny, but so does the fearmongering. Here’s what the ad gets wrong and how @tZERO is building compliance and security into tokenized markets. View article

Truth. Everyone please read 10 times. We should be talking about how GB won despite the officiating. Nixon should be the star along with 3rd string center.

The officiating in Packers-Lions has been arguably the worst in a game this season. And that's saying a lot.

This is the other issue with bad officiating: Coaches can’t say anything publicly of else they get fined.
So when #Packers HC Matt LaFleur was asked about it, he had to bite his tongue:
“I don’t even want to comment on any of the penalties.”
After watching the Lions Packers game there is zero chance I'll ever bet on the NFL, at best the @NFLOfficiating is too inconsistent.
At best...
