🇻🇪 U15 Pan American Championship | Barquisimeto, Venezuela
We proudly celebrate the selection of Luis Manuel García, Class of 2027 and our #1 pitcher, to the Venezuelan National Team for the U15 Pan American Championship on the road to the Mexico 2025 World Cup.
This achievement means more than just a call-up:
✔️ He is the first player from our program to reach the international stage.
✔️ It represents the fruit of four years of relentless work, discipline, and sacrifice.
✔️ It is the result of a team effort: coaches, parents, trainers, teammates… and above all, God, who has guided us every step of the way.
At Hitting Science Academy, our mission is to develop players and shape lives. Today we see that mission bearing fruit at the highest level.
Thank you, Luis, for representing us with humility and passion. We stand with you… and behind you stands an entire nation. 🇻🇪⚾🔥

Cleaning out my files last night & I found this doc from Mike Gillespie when he was the Head Baseball Coach at USC. These WERE the rules & not just a bunch of words on paper. Great stuff. Enjoy!!

Have been practicing a ton this summer and my power is starting to show! I’m hitting 1-2 bombs consistently every practice with wood, and I got up to 86 in a position pull down.

HR #3! Glad to contribute in a playoff win to advance to the IAC championship.
Couldn’t play the last 3 games due to injury and this was my first swing back. Added a little scissor kick to my swing to relieve some pressure off my leg. Thank you @hittingscience it worked!
