Four theses against “AI risk:”
#1: There are two risks of AI. “AI weaponization” is AI used harmfully by a malicious or negligent user. “AI sabotage” is AI performing hostile actions, at its own behest, during normal use.

This resistance will dissipate in a year. In a year 99% of the art you see for businesses will be created using AI and you’ll get used to it like you got used to Photoshop, CGI and every other technology that made creative work faster and cheaper. There will be AI slop and there will be great AI art. The difference will still be the person using it.
I went to see them in SF in 2002. They weren’t headlining but completely stole the show. Amazing band
