Of course that's your contention. You're a first-year marketer; you just got finished reading a guide you bought about growth hacking, referencing Gary Vee probably. You're gonna be convinced of that 'till next month when you get to Seth Godin. Then you're going to be talking about Purple Cows, pushing through the dip and Tribes. That's gonna last until next year; you're gonna be in here regurgitating Ad Contrarian about analytics fraud, money grabbing web3 grifters, and realizing most of these people are just trying to sell ebooks and consulting services that go nowhere

While Twitter aggressively destroys careers in a pursuit of profitability it’s worth remembering that it took Tesla 17 years to reach that status. While massively aided by (liberal) government regulatory credits that it turned around and sold to make money.

As someone that isn’t a PowerPoint super user this was helpful.
Most people suck at PowerPoint. But, if you follow these 5 frameworks, I guarantee you won’t:

This is really thought out, and I love the real world examples shared. Awesome stuff @jalehr.
I used to believe that you could only build a successful company in person. The first 6 months of remote were so hard that I thought our company might fail. Now we're 100% remote & I can't imagine ever going back. The big unlock? A new operating rhythm. Let's break it down.

Brett Favre took $5m unethically and will likely lose nothing. Kaepernick took a knee and lost his career.

The most authentic part of the Patagonia announcement was their founder saying “I don’t drive fancy cars like Lexuses”. You know he’s not BSing if he’s a billionaire, and his standard for a high end car is a Lexus.

We’ve built systemic corruption into our system so effectively that we get to finger point other corrupt countries, but totally justify ours. It’s actually quite impressive. This is a great example 👇🏽
Two days ago the NYT posted an investigation into politicians trading stocks They found that 81 Democrats & 101 Republicans filed up to 3,700 trades and $100M in possible volume Many had 100% winners, with some perfectly timed Here’s examples of just how good they were

In a response to Patagonia’s philanthropy, @zoom decided to give back to humanity via a global shut down. Well done Zoom, well done.
If you have to create an “us vs them” page, you’ve pretty much admitted they are better than you.

I wish apple would just come out and say “we didn’t add anything new, but unlike Samsung we keep your iMessages blue”. That’s really what the iPhone comes down to. No innovation in the newest version. “Don’t turn group texts green”. New campaign.

The numbers are staggering! The scale is unimaginable!! The crisis is real and it is #ClimateCrisis. There is no option to immediate #ClimateAction. #PakistanFloods @pmdgov @hinalotia @apdimri1 @aisha4climate @PakistanAgricu1 @WapdaPK
Pakistan is reeling from the worst floods in living memory. We wish to express our grief over the large-scale destruction and loss of lives and call on the international community to step up relief and rehabilitation efforts in the affected areas." #PakistanFloods2022 #Floods

“Money doesn’t buy you happiness… …but only rich people know that” - French proverb (I’m sure it sounds even better in French)
After reading #6 I think I’m going to drink some alcohol 🤦🏽‍♂️
Every piece of fitness advice I could come up with after 6 years in the gym: 1. Stop drinking alcohol.

James Webb telescope let’s us pin point objects millions of light years away. And I still have to take my shoes off at the airport.
