🚨Hilary Cass has called for an independent inquiry into how Brighton GPs were allowed to prescribe cross-sex hormones to children as young as 12.“There urgently needs to be an investigation of why every system that should have protected children, young people, and indeed young adults has failed,” she told me. The employment tribunal between Dr Sarah Redvers and NHS Sussex has highlighted how regulators and the NHS collectively failed to stop prescribing of puberty blockers and hormones against national guidelines - for years - and how instead the person raising concerns was accused of transphobia and herself investigated. Dr Redvers sat down with me for her only newspaper interview about her treatment in a scandal which, Cass now says, “dwarfs” that of the Tavistock’s GIDS. The actor Hunter Schafer has denounced British laws protecting women’s single sex spaces. In totally unconnected news Hunter Schafer once posted a violent sexual fantasy involving rape and murder.
Replying to @MTV
Hunter Schafer's deleted Instagram post from 2018 is so disturbing that The Daily Mail once mistook it for a school shooter's manifesto. "My gender was so influenced by a need to be used by men." "My sexual orientation was not gay, it was not straight, is an attraction, always to misogyny." "Not feeling femme enough w/o being a victim of r*pe... The idea of being eaten used to arouse me."

Everyone arguing against the new NHS guidelines or saying trans people should get a side room now instead, needs to read about this whistleblower testimony of how gender ideology was seemingly prioritised over the clinical need of immunosuppressed transplant patients.
I’ve worked in the NHS for 27 years. It is founded on universal ethics of equality+ beneficence. But I was contacted by a whistleblower whose experience suggests our principles are no longer fixed but are being destroyed by gender ideology, that we are at a new frontier of harm.

Ahead of the findings of the Patient Safety Investigation Report into WellBN published in May 2026, I concluded my piece for the NS last year like this: "should this investigation find that any child has been harmed as a result of WellBN’s medical approach to gender-questioning youth, none of the organisations responsible for protecting these young people and ensuring they receive safe care will be able to say it could not have been prevented. Not the NHS, not the GMC, nor the government. They were warned. Repeatedly. And did nothing."

But it couldn’t be social contagion, folks. It’s just that young people, especially autistic, gay and mentally ill ones, are finally free to be their authentic selves. The sudden explosion of young women who want to cut off their healthy breasts and take testosterone? Well, it’s absolutely not the newest form of self-harm, to which troubled adolescent girls are provably prone, ok? It’s not a consequence of the commonplace fear of becoming an adult woman, with all that that entails. No, there’s nothing to worry about there. The possibility of regret? Naturally, we don’t let minors get tattoos or own guns or vote, because that would be ridiculous, but if they want irreversible surgeries and drug treatments, they must be given them, and everyone around them must immediately agree they are now the opposite sex. That’s called being kind. And the mounting numbers of detransitioners? They were never trans, obviously, and should be mercilessly attacked, especially if they now say they were vulnerable and in a friendship group, online or off, dominated by trans identities, where transitioning was presented as a way to resolve all their social and emotional difficulties. (I have the emails). No, there’s nothing whatsoever to see here. Keep justifying it, keep cheering it on, keep insisting that the doctors and drug companies making serious money out of it all are acting with the purest of motives. Answer every reasonable question with an accusation of hatred and bigotry. Dispel every qualm of conscience with an activist-approved talking point. Reassure yourself that everyone on your dinner party circuit agrees with you. And when, in years to come, we’re all looking back on graphs like this, be proud that you did your bit to monster whistleblowers, parrot unevidenced claims and create the climate of fear that allowed the worst medical scandal in a century to take place.
This data never ceases to "amaze" me. In 2005, very few people received any transition related genital surgery (120 over the whole of 🇩🇪), in 2025 it was 4,184. And the shift in the age distribution is staggering: Surgeries on 18-25 year olds were almost non-existent in the noughties, now they dominate every other age group by a large factor. (This is official data)

Lads, the women are saying “NO”… That’s your cue to sod off. It’s really simple. What kind of socialist protests against women organising collectively within their own political party?
EXCL- The pro-trans protests that threatens to overshadow Burnham’s first Labour conference REVEALED… A protest outside the Women’s Conference on Saturday will be joined my Labour politicians and trade unionists from across the UK. The demo - against the ban on trans delegates - has been backed by the powerful trade unions council body in Liverpool. Leaflets picturing Burnham - seen by Metro - and criticising Labour will be distributed to attendees. Metro can also confirm that the Communication Workers Union is the fifth union to boycott the conference over the trans ban, following Unison, Aslef, Usdaw and Musicians Union.

1. Never happens. 2. If it happens, the paedophile isn't trans. 3. The real crime here is the deadnaming. 4. TERFs love it when this stuff happens. 5. OMG why do you even care?
UK: A trans-identified male has been sentenced to over 20 years in prison for repeatedly raping a child. James Groves, who wears a wig and now goes by the name 'April' Groves, was convicted of 18 sexual offenses at Bristol Crown Court this month. reduxx.info/uk-trans-identif…

Every glib, arrogant, virtue-signalling celebrity who’s broadcast the lie that kids will kill themselves if not allowed to transition deserves to have this read aloud to them non-stop through a megaphone for a year.
A landmark Finnish study has found a sharp rise in psychiatric illness among adolescents following sex-alteration procedures. The peer-reviewed study, published in Acta Paediatrica, tracked every young person under 23 who contacted Finland's gender clinics between 1996 and 2019. A total 2,083 individuals were studied, with 16,643 matched controls. They were followed for up to 25 years. Finland's health registers are mandatory, which means no one opts out — this is the complete national picture. The numbers: psychiatric morbidity rose from 9.8% to 60.7% in adolescents who underwent feminising reassignment, and from 21.6% to 54.5% in masculinising reassignment. Even after adjusting for prior psychiatric history, gender-referred adolescents faced five times the risk of male population controls, and three times the risk of female controls. "Psychiatric needs do not subside after medical gender reassignment," the authors concluded. Referrals after 2010 arrived sicker. 47.9% had already needed psychiatric treatment before their first clinic visit, against 15.3% among controls. The authors' read: for some adolescents, gender distress may be secondary to other mental health challenges. The evidence keeps mounting. The silencing continues anyway. How many more adolescents will be told this is "care"?

Women’s sex based rights, LGB rights, freedom of speech & belief have been trampled on for the stupidest idea imaginable, one that a man can literally just change his mind about. Fantastic he’s not doing it anymore, but it highlights just how ridiculous transgenderism is. Like, a man can demand access to a woman only space on a Monday and then pretend it never happened on a Tuesday, meanwhile the rest of us still have to live with the fall out of this nonsense for the rest of the time. It’s absurd.

I don't usually throw out complaints about "white men" as it can be inane. But a Human Rights Joint Select Committee containing 8 such people out of 12 members, and only 2 women (both peers), does not feel propitious. Not a great start. committees.parliament.uk/com…

Excl: Women have quit the Green Party over “extraordinary instances of misogyny” that members said have been minimised by the party’s leadership, it has been claimed. Female councillors and officers have reported being “sidelined, patronised, intimidated or treated with hostility by male colleagues”, according to a motion submitted for the party’s autumn conference that accuses the Greens of failing to confront “institutionalised misogyny”. The motion says such behaviour has been “downplayed, denied or treated as less serious than other forms of oppression” and warns that internal disputes can “fester for years”. However a Green Party source insisted they did not recognise the motion as "an accurate characterisation of the party". They said: "Misogyny is sadly still pervasive across society, and every party and organisation has a responsibility to listen to concerns and keep improving." thetimes.com/uk/politics/art…

Two articles published today highlight what can happen when NHS staff are afraid to challenge policies based on gender identity. The Times reports that a male psychiatric patient with a beard and “full male genitalia” exposed himself to vulnerable patients on a female ward. Following complaints, he was moved to male ward - but returned to the women's ward, after trust managers intervened. The Telegraph investigation examines the culture of fear and silence within the NHS - and how it creates the conditions in which serious safeguarding failures like this can happen. The NHS is one of Britain’s largest employers - and almost every one of us will depend on its staff at some point in our lives. If NHS staff are too frightened to acknowledge biological reality, challenge dangerous policies or act on safeguarding concerns, that affects us all. So why isn’t this being reported by every mainstream media outlet? Links below 👇

I order a lot of secondhand and vintage books online. This year the prices jumped and I chalked it up to inflation. I was wrong. The reason behind the spike in prices is what AI companies euphemistically dub "destructive scanning." That is when they buy millions of second-hand books in bulk and send them to enormous warehouses across America. There, automated assembly lines cut the pages from the spines and then feed the pages into huge industrial scanners. Those books are being harvested for their text to expand the database for the LLM models. The physical pages? Later discarded. Some of these are the last remaining editions of historical and collectible works — once they're cut and scanned, they're gone. Booksellers across the UK, Germany, New Zealand, Australia and the U.S. are reporting the same thing: bulk, random, non-fiction orders. Orders have ranged from 1,000 books to as many as a million in a single purchase. Just one vendor contract called for scanning 500,000 to 2 million books. Anthropic ran this under an internal name, Project Panama, and tried to keep it quiet. Some booksellers noticed something was odd. A Devon bookseller, for instance, got an odd order this summer for books on subjects as disparate as Cornish pioneers in South Africa, cheeses of the world, and Hong Kong jewelry — from a "shipping company" near Heathrow. Her suspicions grew fast. It turned out to an AI run office. I should have seen this coming. I'm one of the author-plaintiffs in the Bartz et al. v. Anthropic class action — a different kind of theft. Anthropic had trained Claude on more than seven million digitized books, sourced from pirate websites, without paying a penny to authors or publishers. Mine included, seven of my thirteen. There are 120,000 individual authors and rightsholders (representing 447,576 eligible works out of 482,460 total listed books). A federal judge approved the $1.5 billion settlement this summer. It was the court documents from that litigation that exposed Project Panama. I missed it until the story recently hit the Washington Post and Daily Mail and other outlets. Having learned an expensive lesson from its class action payout, Anthropic is now going after physical books a different way — and legally, this time. Under the first-sale doctrine, established by the Supreme Court in 1908, once someone buys a physical book, they can do whatever they want with it, including destroying it. So Anthropic attorneys have determined that buying and scanning a physical copy sidesteps the piracy problem. And once that book is shredded, any future Claude user can draw on its contents for free — the original gone forever. Some call this a modern-day book burning. The Nazis destroyed books to erase what was in them — these companies destroy books to steal the information and then essentially sell it back to you. I am still angry this is somehow legal.

What stands out from this piece, for me, is the consistent tactic of trans activism to swerve questions of truth or falsehood, and simply demand that certain things should not be said.
