🇮🇳🛬🇨🇦🪦 : In 2022 three men broke into a home in Canada, suffocated the husband with a bag over his head, duct taped the wife's mouth & used a screwdriver to kill her, after they beat her.
A BC judge ruled not allowing the three men to apply for early parole, was cruel & unusual punishment. See quotes below & link for more information.
"Justice Brenda Brown ruled Monday that the section of the Criminal Code prescribing 25 years of parole ineligibility infringes upon the Charter of Rights and Freedoms' guarantees against cruel and unusual punishment."
"Khushveer Toor, Abhijeet Singh and Gurkaran Singh — each in their 20s — all face mandatory life sentences for killing the De Jongs in their Abbotsford home in May 2022."
77-year-old Arnold De Jong & 76-year-old Joanne De Jong, were the victims of torture and then murdered by thugs in their 20s.

BILL C-224 IS NOT DEAD. WE NEED YOU TO ACT NOW MORE THAN EVER!
In this clip, MP Blaine Calkins explains what happened to Bill C-224 at the House of Commons Health Committee. With the government now holding a majority on the committee, Liberal members deleted every clause of the bill, including its title, effectively sending it back to the House as a blank sheet of paper.
But the fight is not over. Blaine Calkins has applied to have the original clauses and title reinstated at report stage. The Speaker will decide whether they can be restored, and the House will then consider what remains of the bill.
Calkins reaffirmed that Conservatives will continue to support the natural health product industry, the consumers who rely on these products, freedom of choice, and Canadian businesses. He also acknowledged the tireless work of the Natural Health Product Protection Association, NHPPA President Shawn Buckley and the ongoing effort to protect access to natural health products.
We have until December 3 to make our voices heard. Your letters, calls, and meetings helped bring this bill this far. Now we need to turn that support into votes.
Don't send just one letter. Send one every day. Call your MP. Mail a handwritten letter. Meet with your MP. Share the campaign. Then do it all again!
Visit nhppa.org/last-chance-for-22… daily. Take action. Come back tomorrow. Encourage others to do the same.
Every message matters. Let's bring Bill C-224 back!

The sleight of hand that we saw yesterday in regard to immigration numbers is, sadly, not a surprise for me (and you).
As I wrote on September 30th, “… the anticipated drop in population hasn’t happened. Policy is being juggled to keep most of (temporary residents) in Canada.”

The U.S. press release says the eight illegal terror financing companies are still operating in Canada.
Are they lying, or are you? Source: home.treasury.gov/news/press…
There is no place in Canada for financial networks that enable Iran to evade sanctions or finance illicit activity. FINTRAC worked closely with the U.S. on the imposition of sanctions against eight Canadian money services businesses today.
We are strengthening the way Canada fights financial crime to protect Canadians and the integrity of our financial system.

OTTAWA — Four years ago, Laura Harth exposed more than 100 secret Chinese police stations operating across the democratic world, three of them in the Greater Toronto Area. Working independently, The Bureau later tied one of those Toronto-area sites, a Markham address under RCMP investigation, to a man linked to methamphetamine investigations in Japan, whom Tokyo police had also sought to question in an unsolved triple murder.
Harth’s research also led the FBI to a Manhattan storefront.

If the ambassador is concerned with the EUs image….
He might want to start with the hard left-Islamist alliance burning France after two decades of EU-mandated open borders. Or 2 decades of economic stagnation. Or green policies giving energy security to Russia and manufacturing to China
The right wing?
Way down the list of what makes the obese and corrupt metanational EU bureaucracy so unattractive as a partner for Canada.
We need trade deals with real nations. The EU is a train wreck.
Rise of far-right groups should not curb Canada’s bid for stronger ties with EU, ambassador says

“HOW CAN YOU MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION WITHOUT FULL DISCLOSURE?”
Dr. Gary Davidson, former Emergency Department Chief and chair of Alberta’s COVID-19 Pandemic Response Data Review, discusses two important recommendations from the review: strengthening informed consent and ending Covid-19 vaccination of healthy children and teenagers.
Dr. Davidson explains that people must be given a full understanding of the potential risks and benefits before making a decision about vaccination. Without that information, meaningful informed consent is impossible.
He also discusses the evidence and international decisions that informed the recommendation concerning healthy children and teens, pointing to countries such as Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and the UK.
Dr. Davidson's testimony raises important questions about informed consent, public health decisions, and why recommendations adopted elsewhere were not followed in Canada. He also describes the professional consequences he says he faced, including losing his university position.

The journalism tax credit now extends to Bell, Rogers, Corus and Quebecor: $501M over five years, $85M a year permanently. Nearly every major news organization now depends on federal support. Companies reliant on government are less likely to criticize it.

Bill Maher and Coleman Hughes finish each other's sentences for 3 minutes straight as they lay out how teachers' unions wrecked public education.
The MS NOW host thought she could sit this one out quietly. Then Maher turned and lobbed a grenade right at her.
MAHER: "The reason why they don't know that socialism didn't work... is because NOBODY taught them in school."
HUGHES: "A lot of kids go to underperforming public schools, which is our euphemism for government-funded daycare centers with occasional school-like activities."
MAHER: "I knew they weren't learning anything, but like you said, it's like a daycare center and not a good one."
HUGHES: "And I think people on the left want to blame funding because that's the easy issue. But the truth is, this school was well funded. You know, it's 50,000 per pupil at this school. The problem isn't the funding. It's that you can't fire anyone bad."
MAHER: "Yes.... The problem is the union, the teachers union, is too powerful. We've seen it in results in states where the union is less powerful, the schools do better."
HUGHES: "I call it the chalkboard mafia."
MAHER: "The problem, the unions protect bad schools and bad teachers, and the party protects the union. It's almost impossible in a lot of these cities to fire a teacher. I mean literally like you could sell drugs to a kid and it's got to be two offenses before we get—"
HUGHES: "It wasn't that long ago that the unions lobbied for a law in New York State to ban even collecting data that you would use to assess which teachers are better than others. You can't even get the data. So obviously the teachers union serves the teachers, they don't serve the students, and if you're a Democrat or any American that's serious about public school reform, you have to challenge the teachers union, period."
MAHER: "And I think in this school, where they were learning nothing with no supervision and absentee principals and teachers, I think spending 50,000 dollars per year per student, it's not money. That's what you always hear from the left. 'Oh, it's underfunded.' It's not the funding. The funding isn't the issue."
HUGHES: "No, it hasn't been for a very long time."
MAHER: "I think this is the kind of thing I will NEVER hear on MS NOW."
ALI VITALI: "I think you hear a lot of perspectives on MS NOW."
MAHER: "I don't ever hear that one."
CONTEXT: Maher and Hughes aren't making this up. On the latest Nation's Report Card, high school seniors posted the lowest reading and math scores ever recorded on the test.
And getting rid of bad teachers is nearly impossible. Federal survey data shows the average school district dismissed just 0.2 tenured teachers for poor performance in a year. That's roughly 1 in 500.
Meanwhile, students do better long-term in states where unions have less power.
A 2019 study in the American Economic Journal found that boys who went to school in states that forced districts to bargain with teachers' unions went on to earn about $2,100 LESS per year as adults compared to boys in states without those laws.
If a business failed this badly, someone would get fired. As Hughes put it: "The teachers union serves the teachers; they don't serve the students."

OHH MY GOD 🚨 The ‘conspiracy theorists’ were right again
The Electronic Ear Tag on cattle that recently passed has NOTHING to do with disease traceability, the real reason is a new tax per cattle and to SLAUGHTER 10’s OF THOUSANDS OF CATTLE FOR CLIMATE CHANGE
Rep Harriet Hageman “The USDA for several years has been trying to force our cattle and bison producers to use what are called RFID or EID ear tags, electronic identification, ear tags. They wanna chip them all. I've been fighting against this, and they say it's for disease traceability.”
(She explains in the video how we already have excellent disease traceability)
“So you look at all of that, and so you think, okay, what is this really about?
And then you start looking at the countries that have implemented this. Ireland implemented in it in early 2022. By August 23, they were issuing an order that they had to slaughter 41,000 head of cattle. Not because of a disease outbreak, but BECAUSE OF GLOBAL WARMING
In Denmark, they adopted an EID mandate. And last year they imposed a $100 a head tax on every single head of cattle in the country, not because of a disease outbreak, BECAUSE OF GLOBAL WARMING ”
“So what you start seeing is how they use this information. This is a $1.2 - $1.9 billion tax on the cattle industry if it's actually implemented a 100%”
