60 Minutes is about to get some new talent.
In this week's Ragebait, I report on James Kirchick parting ways with The Atlantic amid the outrage over several recent Islamophobic tweets.
I was told that Kirchick ended his contributing role, and sources said the tweets sparked uproar among staff.

More good news: Food Not Bombs just won its case against the city of Houstonβa federal judge found that the city violated the group's First Amendment rights with its "blanket refusal" to allow them to distribute food to the homeless outside the library.

The owner of Paramount, Warner, CNN, CBS, etc. gave these racist fake journalists $150 million to lay the groundwork for further violence against minority groups in the US:
Senator-elect Abdul El-Sayed gave his victory speech in Arabic last night. Rep. Ilhan Omar addressed her victory party in Somali.
And this morning, Iran's supreme leader posted that America's collapse "has accelerated."
What should we make of these acceptance speeches? @SulkinMaya

Iβll never get tired of sharing that time I saw Van Jones show up to the UCLA Gaza encampment and then act surprised when he rightfully was asked to leave. I left like 30 minutes later and he was still sulking in the parking lot.

BREAKING: Donald Trump and his top White House aides are reportedly preparing to directly blame Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth for the Republican midterm defeat, along with military commanders who pushed for war with Iran, per CNN and CBS News.
βTrump, always one to crowdsource an opinion, has asked allies about their thoughts on Hegsethβs performance of late,β sources told CNN.
CBS News also reports that Trump believes the election results would have been entirely different without the Iran war. Joint Chiefs Chairman Gen. Dan Caine and CENTCOM commander Gen. Brad Cooper are also reportedly facing scrutiny as Trump looks for someone to blame for the Republican midterm defeat.

A lesson from the Obama βwe tortured some folksβ years too. When Patrick Leahy proposed a truth commission-style investigation of the Bush years, Arlen Specter responded with βThis is not Latin America.β
Replying to @DavidKlion
The big lesson of the Biden years is that you have to prosecute these people. You canβt just move on. You need to make the next generation of grifters and hate mongers scared for their lives.

βTime to move on fromβ eg the genocidal status quo in Palestine is something I broadly agree with/helps keep donor money flowing and the killing of 21,000+ children should entail zero accountability much less policy changes. A truly vile, immoral and imperialist mindset.
