Holy shit that was INSANE
The Borderless Wealth Summit is officially OVER. And what a blinding success it was. Authentic founders from far reaches of the world, all coming to the south of Spain to learn, connect, explorre.
One theme that stood out to me throughout the event was this - we are all MISFITS banded together under two flags: global living & entrepreneurship. Our entire lives we've been labeled as strange; we never fit into society's little box. Our teachers, our friends, even our parents.. never quite understood us. The rose without petals is always jealous of the brightest of the bunch.
The diversity was astounding: there were high-scaling ecom founders who were 20 years old half russian half african speaking 4 languages, then others in their 50s from germany who are done getting rinsed by their tax regime, and everyone in between. We are the most unusual eclectic group, and that is what made BWS Marbella special. We are family, united by our wildly unusual lives & diverse backgrounds. But chiefly, our love for entrepreneurship & self improvement.
What an honor it is to build Phantom and lead you along this rich journey we call LIFE. However, it's more nuanced than that. I will never be as powerful as the collective. All 1,097 inside the community are what makes Phantom Phantom. For that, I thank YOU.

A client said something to me recently that stuck.
“You handle comments calmly. The previous agency refused to fix most of them, didn’t want to touch what was already shipped.”
I didn’t know how to respond at first. Being calm about comments feels like the baseline, not something worth praising. But then I thought back to how I started.
Early projects used to come back with 40+ comments on a single landing page. Scope changes, taste changes, “can we just try” changes, half of them contradicting the brief we’d signed off on two weeks earlier. I thought that was normal. Thought that was just what the job looked like.
So I started from the worst version of the experience. Overloaded files, moving goalposts, feedback that didn’t make sense. Spent years learning to not lose my mind over a few changes. Learning to ask better questions upfront so the comments got shorter. Learning to push back when the feedback actually hurt the work, and absorb the ones that didn’t.
The calm isn’t personality. It’s reps. Every project since then has been a slow unlearning of the panic I used to feel every time a comment thread opened.
Turns out calm compounds. The clients notice. The work gets better because feedback moves through the project instead of stalling it. The relationships last longer because nobody dreads the review call.
Starting from the worst case ended up being the thing that made the rest of it possible.

Been refining processes over the past year, quietly, between projects.
Faster from kickoff to first direction. Cleaner handoff files so developers don’t have to ask questions. Tighter feedback loops with clients. Clearer phases so nobody is ever confused about what week we’re in and what gets reviewed when.
None of it was a big overhaul. Small adjustments after every project, trying to shave friction out of the parts that kept getting in the way.
It shows up in the work. The output looks sharper, but the real difference is how much less friction there is to get there. Projects move faster. Clients make decisions quicker because they have what they need to decide. Developers build without blockers.
Putting together a deck of recent projects right now so founders can see what the current output actually looks like. Excited

Main goal was UX and conversion rate. Hero was too tall, buried the value below the fold. Restructured so what matters lands in the first screen. Rest of the page tightened around the same principle.
