BREAKING: OpenAI just banned a man for fixing his own TV. He was taking it apart on his own computer. OpenAI flagged it as “cyber abuse” and shut his account. He says he lost $500. People say Claude stopped helping with this kind of work this week too. You paid for the TV, paid for the AI and you still need their permission. This is why I run open models. Nobody can ban you from your own computer.
banned for reverse engineering work? that’s wild oh well, -$500, and a bunch of banked resets) but gained motivation to get 3 more machines and finish my cluster. i have never used openai to exploit or find vulnerabilities, only local reverse engineering which tripped daybreak.

Kinda depends smonewhat on how likely spontaneous remission is. Your statement is not always true. There are plenty of possible scenarios where studies without controll group could provide valuable data.

I used to have 25 of these copper toxicity symptoms, and a sky-high copper reading on my hair test. After 9 months of the HG7 stack, it's dropped to 5 symptoms, and the hair test is normal.

Well done self experiments are incredibly valuable.

A biomedical engineer claims that spending 100 days living underwater has reversed his biological aging by more than a decade. Joseph Dituri conducted a self-experiment by residing for 100 consecutive days in an underwater habitat 22 feet (about 6.7 meters) below the surface off Key Largo, Florida. The mission exposed his body to elevated pressure and higher oxygen levels, similar to hyperbaric oxygen therapy. After resurfacing, Dituri reported dramatic health improvements: a 72-point reduction in cholesterol, significantly lower inflammation markers, increased testosterone levels, nearly doubled restorative REM sleep, and enhanced brain connectivity according to neural scans. The most striking claim is that the hyperbaric environment appeared to influence his telomeres, the protective caps on chromosomes that shorten with age, effectively slowing or reversing aspects of biological aging. While brain imaging showed improved cognitive connectivity, the scientific community is cautious. As a single-subject case study, the results cannot be considered definitive proof of age reversal. Many experts note that claims about hyperbaric oxygen therapy and longevity have historically faced skepticism due to limited large-scale evidence. Nevertheless, Dituri’s project has generated significant interest in environmental and hyperbaric medicine. Larger clinical trials are now underway to investigate whether controlled exposure to high-pressure, high-oxygen conditions can deliver measurable, long-term benefits for human health and aging.

There are already studies on this. negative health effects are vastly lower for under lip tobacco use. Nicotine pouches or it's tobacco predecessor have been used in Scandinavia since 1800s.

Don't you think many of the doomer predictions turned out wrong? Have you changed you probability of doom post LLM ?

If you have enough data on yourself that's already possible.

While sun is definitely better than supplement. Many studies use insufficient dose to get substantial increaser I'm blood levels. Many use infrequent dosing schedule which won't get many of the none bone related benefits.
