Friday is in situ simulation day at @OldhamCO_NHS ICU. High fidelity simulation equipment allows the whole team to safely experience and learn from complex and difficult situations. Here, the team run through a ‘can’t intubate, can’t oxygenate’ drill. @NCA_SIMandCS @laurac113
