Again yes, Zanzibar has pristine beaches and beautiful turquoise waters, but it also has real homes and every day lives. Everywhere doesn’t look like a luxury resort. We should be more mindful. These are people’s homes, not just backdrops for your instagram dump.
"The internet lied about Zanzibar!" — Popular Guinness World Record holder Brian narrates what he ordered versus what he got. 😅

Same way dressing as a woman doesn't automatically cancel the risk of violence towards women A man dressing as a woman still posses risk to women!
BECAUSE ATTRACTION DOESN’T CANCEL OUT THE RISK OF VIOLENCE. BEING ATTRACTED TO MEN DOESN’T MEAN SOMEONE IS ATTRACTED TO EVERY MAN, TRUSTS EVERY MAN, OR CONSENTS TO BEING HARASSED OR ASSAULTED BY ONE. STRAIGHT WOMEN ARE ATTRACTED TO MEN TOO; DOES THAT MEAN THEY SHOULD NEVER FEAR MEN?

Because a certain kind of man believes that not getting everything he wants from women is oppression. This applies both to incels and to the type of trans-identified man who insists that speech, laws and physical spaces should be reconfigured around his self-image.
Why is asking for female-only spaces called hateful?

Can the men just go to men's bathroom omg fuck. Why is this even an argument ffs.
The obsession with policing how people present themselves is so exhausting. One day you’re masc, the next you’re fem, another day you’re somewhere in between. So what? Clothes are not a sworn affidavit of your gender, sexuality or character. Some people genuinely cannot imagine living without asking strangers for permission to exist

Why is it that when women express discomfort about intimate spaces, we’re expected to justify or defend those boundaries rather than have them respected?

Creeps and weirdos will rush to wear wigs and sneak into women's bathrooms. It's a slippery slope
I love that women are rising up against this nonsense. Tukiongea tunaitwa homohabilis mara sijui what.

All this energy you're using to push the idea of men using our bathrooms down our throats should be directed towards educating fellow men to understand and respect other men's choices. No woman has ever complained about studs because we feel safe around each other. Goooshhh!
They survived four years in boys’ high schools, so what? Does that mean they must feel safe in men’s spaces for the rest of their lives? 😂 You people confuse surviving an environment with feeling safe in it. And calling everything you don’t understand “American problems”

Women's boundaries are apparently always negotiable to men that's why!
On this whole washroom debate, why is the burden of accommodation falling only on women?

Doesn’t matter if you pass for a lady more than a man, if you were biologically born male please use the male bathrooms.

Absolutely nobody should bully them, trans and queer people deserve privacy, dignity and equality but not at the expense of another vulnerable group, women. Instead of fighting to go to women’s washrooms, trans and queer ppl should fight for their own washrooms (equality)
I will never sit back and watch queer and trans people get bullied online while Kenyans dress up their bigotry as “women’s safety.” The same people who go silent on actual violence against women suddenly become security experts over a wig and a dress. 😂

It starts with washrooms then it moves to sports, prisons, to changing rooms, and other sex-separated spaces before we know it we cannot define a woman. Mine is to tell you Ruto must go.

Hii ata tumeenda mbali. Women simply saying No is enough. It's not negotiable, it's a boundary. We don't owe anyone an explanation on that boundary.
My only issue with this matter is what happens when they bump into children kwa choo during the day? It's not even homophobia but it needs to be addressed. What happens when your little daughter aende kwa washrooms apatane na wao? How do you explain that as a parent?
