A child shouldn’t have to keep proving they deserve their parent’s attention. Imagine reaching out over and over again and being made to feel like you’re bothering your own father. 💔

👂 **Otitis Media: Protect Your Ears**
Otitis media is a common middle ear infection that causes pain, fever, and temporary hearing issues especially in kids. It often follows a cold when fluid builds up behind the eardrum.
**Good ear care helps prevent problems:**
- Don’t put cotton swabs or objects in your ears
- Keep ears dry
- Avoid smoke and manage allergies
- Stay up to date on vaccines
See an Otologist (ear specialist) for persistent pain, recurrent infections, drainage, or hearing changes. Early expert care protects your hearing.
Don’t ignore ear symptoms—book a check-up today.
Consult a doctor for personal advice.
NOTE : Don't put or use sharp objects to clean your ear wax as seen below 👇🏼 in this video. It is very dangerous and is not the proper way to take out accumulated ear wax.

The heartbreaking part is that she’s apologising for blocking him instead of asking why he keeps ignoring her. She’s still trying to build a relationship with someone who should be making an effort too.

The whole agreement was NO SEX BEFORE MARRIAGE, so what exactly changed? Now she regrets ever dating that man.

I saw my name pop up on her phone, but she deleted the message before I could read it.
We've been dating for almost two years and recently started spending most nights at each other's apartments. We generally get along, although we've had a few disagreements about privacy and personal space.
One evening, we're sitting on the couch watching TV when her phone lights up. I happen to glance over and see a message notification from her best friend. My name is clearly visible in the preview.
Before I can read the rest, she picks up her phone and deletes the notification.
I ask her why she deleted it so quickly. She says she was just having a private conversation with her friend.
I tell her I'm not asking to read all her messages, but I don't understand why my name was mentioned.
She says I shouldn't assume every conversation about me is something bad.
Later that evening, I bring it up again. I ask whether her friend has a problem with me or whether they've been discussing something about our relationship.
She gets frustrated and says she sometimes talks to her friend about things she isn't ready to discuss with me.
I tell her that's fine, but deleting the message the moment I walked in made it look suspicious.
She responds that my reaction is exactly why she doesn't always share everything.

The side chick going on an unannounced visit to her man is the highest level of delusion.
You are literally an option, why are you doing surprise inspections?!

Osimhen, Orban, Onyedika, Moffi and Awoniyi are keeping the Nigerian flag flying.
But let's have an honest conversation…
Are Nigerian forwards currently among the most underrated attacking talents in world football?
And here's the bigger question:
If you had to build your attack around ONE Nigerian player today, who gets your vote?
Osimhen? Or someone else?
Let's argue! 👀🇳🇬

Lord, before this year ends, give me a reason to look back and say, “Honestly, God really came through for me.”
