HYROX didn't build a lifestyle. It gave one a roof. 🏋️ Jochen Möller shared how they built a global brand around a culture that already existed, from landing Puma in year one to creating products for the community, not just race day. Question: We've been in the marketing game for a while, but "hey, we made too many", I see probably six, seven, eight brands a day on Meta using that as their hook. At what point does it just become disingenuous? My 2 cents: This is one of my biggest pieces of advice for every company on planet Earth. Stop copying your competitors. The whole point of marketing is to stand out. That's the whole point. To give people a reason to choose you over your competitors. Yet every company, we have like 40 active clients on retainer now for our for our ad agency and every company says, go look at with this brand, our our like highest revenue competitor is doing, copy their ads, copy their this, copy their that. Then you blend in. And when they're running a sale that says we made too many, now we're at 50% off for a limited time, and you say that, now you're the same as them. Use your thinking cap or use Claude, but find a way to be different in your sales, in your product names, in your website design. Even in the colorways of your clothes, if you sell clothes, like whatever it is, do not copy your competitors.

Your next campaign has to earn attention. Your order confirmation is expected. That trust changes how the message lands. Make the email useful, then build the relationship beyond this order. @jimmykim @ecomchasedimond

Someone asked me how much of my success was luck. Honestly, probably some of it. I don't think anyone gets really successful without a few things going right for them. I've run agencies, done dropshipping and tried a lot of different business models. And the pattern I noticed is that luck shows up a lot sooner when you're actually in the game. When you're implementing and willing to look dumb, you put yourself in more situations where things can go right. The corny saying is that luck is timing meeting preparation. It stuck around for a reason. I'm grateful to everyone who's helped me along the way and handed me some of that luck. But being in the game is the only way you get lucky in the first place.

I love having multiple conversion goals in any Google ads account I manage And this isn't because I love overinflated numbers.. But rather because I get to choose the most accurate one as primary and set the others as secondary after a 30 day test Most ecom brands don't realize that 1% more accuracy in data attribution can mean 10% to 25% in extra sales But they just run with the one conversion event their last agency put up months ago and hope it works You gotta spread out your risk and let the data tell you what's actually working

Founder-led content has a ceiling in B2B. According to Forrester, a typical B2B deal in 2026 gets decided by: • 13 internal stakeholders • 9 outside influencers That's 22 people. And one single founder can’t physically reach all of them at once. This is why employee-led content (the whole team, each on a different pillar and buyer persona) scales further than founder-led content (1 person posting from the founder's angle). 3 reasons why it works better: 1. Reach Personal LinkedIn pages get 5 to 8 times more engagement than company pages. When 20 people on a team each publish from their own profile, the reach multiplies. 2. Coverage Our buyers are end-users, champions and decision-makers across 4+ departments. What resonates with each of them is different, so every person on our team owns 3-4 content pillars of their own. When each person covers a different slice of the buyer's world, the whole committee sees you. 3. Compounding It starts working with 3-4 regular posters, each on a different pillar. And it REALLY snowballs once 10+ people are posting.

"you need a new domain for every 2-3 cold email inboxes." we run up to 60 off one domain using subdomains. we tested it across ~30,000 accounts first. these are the rules that held up: the root: • one clean .com per tree, bought from Porkbun or Namecheap • it gets forwarded through Cloudflare • it NEVER sends, not even one campaign • it's only there so the branches have something to hang off the branches: • each subdomain looks like send.yourdomain. com • 20 branches per root is the hard ceiling • every branch holds 2 to 3 official Google or Microsoft inboxes • SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX are set on each branch before it sends • a flagged branch gets cut off and the rest keep going the sending: • each inbox sends 10 cold emails a day • each inbox also sends 20 warm-up emails a day • warm-up and campaigns start together and run side by side • i build to about half the ceiling, so roughly 10 branches per root where to be careful: • somebody sends from the root and one burn takes every branch down with it • the root is a .info, which is fine on its own but too shaky to hang subdomains off • a root gets filled all the way to 20 branches, with no margin left • you only run ~30 inboxes across the whole business. this earns its keep at hundreds or thousands of accounts a few of our customers send from ~10,000 inboxes this way.

Hear me out Upwork is legit underrated for newbies trying to get their first client You won’t get a whale But if you do good outreach on that platform (like a legit good loom video or even a small D100) you can find some clients fast People on there are actively searching for the exact thing you sell. Like literally asking for it Prob not your best clients for sure But Dream 100 them with a little guarantee-based offer and you'll cook

A $300 regular and a $40 first-timer should NEVER get the same discount. What each one gets from us instead of the lazy "we miss you" code: THE $40 FIRST-TIMER: • He still needs a reason to trust you with a second order. Teach him how to get the most out of what he bought, because if it works for him, he trusts you enough to buy again. • Wait 2-3 weeks after the order, while he's enjoying the product, then show him what goes with it. A phone case buyer sees screen protectors. One brand's average order value went up 28% doing this. • If he goes quiet, the discount goes LAST. A fashion brand I worked with was losing about 40% of customers after their first order. Their win-back opened with "we missed you", then new arrivals, then styling tips, and only then a welcome-back discount. It won back 18% of them and added $95K in 6 months. THE $300 REGULAR: • He already trusts you, he just stopped ordering for a while. A code he didn't need ONLY burns margin, so leave it out. • Reach him at 60-90 days without an order, depending on how fast your product gets used. • Remind him why he loved the brand in the first place, show him what's new since his last order, and share customer success stories. • Once he's spent over $500, he gets VIP treatment instead of a code: 48-hour early access to new products and sales. One client's VIPs now spend 3x more than regular customers, with a 90% retention rate. Bookmark this.

by the time i sold my agency, i couldn't look at slack without wanting to puke. no amount of money would have made me open it. • i'd been doing 14, 15 hour days, every day • i hadn't made music in years (my actual passion) • i'd built something that took all my energy then my body just REFUSED. i couldn't open a message. i made a lot of mistakes in that state, and every decision i made was about getting out of it. and money stopped working. i couldn't tell myself "you'll get this amount of money" and push through. i had to start over from what actually motivates me.

In July 2025, my cofounder and I launched an AI-Native services company from scratch. In September 2026, we hit $3.3M ARR. When we launched, we had: • 2 LinkedIn accounts (16k + 24k followers) • 60 minutes a day of manual outbound. • A $15,000 domain Over the next 12 months: • October 2025 → $80k per month (scaled to 4x LinkedIn posts a week each, the team started posting, and partnerships kicked in: co-marketing + in-depth articles with big names in GTM) • January 2026 → $200k per month (the same channels + X content) • January to June 2026 → built ops for scale • June 2026 → LinkedIn ads + YouTube added • July 2026 → we hit $250k per month • September 2026 → $275k/mo Onwards to Q4...

We're coming to a city near you 📍 After hosting thousands of people over the years, we keep hearing the same thing. People want focused education they can actually use, with peers facing the same challenges. Not just founders. The individual contributors doing the work every day. A full week in three cities over three months: 🌴 LA: Jan 19, 20, 22 🤠 Austin: Feb 22, 24, 26 🗽 NYC: Mar 15, 17, 19 Each city covers Acquisition, Retention, then AI & Ops, with one topic per day. Shows run 8 AM to 2:30 PM with 100 to 125 people in the room. Expert talks, small-group roundtables, and breakfast and lunch on us ☕ Early bird is live!
