In fairness, this is about as silly as any other claim of authority heads of "state" make. At least this one isn't confiscating my money, guns and lawn darts. All hail Queen Ramona!
Ha! Love it when Kinsella loses his patience with statists.

what makes you think it's the job of the state to ensure that there is an optimal amount of pharma innovation? Or that state policy accomplishes this, or that it's just? The idea that the state needs to grant a monopoly to protect you from competition for an arbitrary amount of years to allow you to charge monopoly pricing for 17 or so years to "recoup" the immense costs imposed by the state's fucking FDA in the first place is insane. How about abolish the fucking FDA and have the law protect property rights and do justice instead of running around and fucking things up with interventions in the name of fixing "market failures" that don't exist and that the state creates anyway and that require ever more interventions? Jesus effing christ people and happy fucking Sunday
Sheesh! Savage take down of conservatives and their complicity in the fall of the West.
Jesus. This may be so much worse than initial reports. Praying it’s not true…
Accounts from someone on the firing line was it was a shoulder fired HE round that "Dolphined" after it left the tube and went astray. NOT artillery.
This round hit a gas well which exploded and flattened the 3 Kill Houses that were full of troops which happened to be in close proximity of the well. Approx 300 troops inside and many waiting outside them. There is nothing but splinters left of them.
This also started a major fire that was fed by high winds that swept through the main Bivouac site housing the majority of troops in the field.
The amount of injured is staggering and the fatality count IS going to climb as they recover more victims.
In my 20+ years in the Army, I have only heard of a dolphining round happening once from a shoulder fired rocket. Not sure what would cause this other than possibly a faulty propellent.
Imagine Alberta flooded with physicians and healthcare workers because healthcare becomes legal and healthcare workers are finally free to provide value to patients without a coercive middleman throttling and rationing care. That’s what’s at stake. That’s why I’m voting to separate.
Start a referendum on Calgary separation Mr Mayor.

Confederation only has a chance of working with a tightly restrained libertarian federal government and voluntary membership.
The population yearning for secession will grow under statist rule. The unitarians best hope of holding this country together is to vote in @LibertarianCDN.
Awesome!

Damn. I used to fly for this company. Made this same trip a few times. Not good 😢

BREAKING: Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee is halting the state’s remaining execution for 2026 and ordering a third-party review after officials fail to execute death row inmate Christa Pike.
Pike received two syringes of lethal injection Wednesday night but remained alive and could be heard snoring, according to her attorneys and media witnesses. Her legal team filed an emergency motion to stop the execution as the situation unfolded.
Pike was later transported to an off-site medical facility.
Lee says the state has a responsibility to ensure executions are carried out legally, constitutionally, and effectively.
The full story and what happened inside the execution chamber: foxnews.com/us/supreme-court…
You promote my freedom to choose not to fund a system that inflicts suffering and offers lethal injection as a release. Then I’ll promote making it legal for you to choose to hire your own killer. Deal?

You mov into my home univited and squat there, and at gunpoint, take half my stuff in perpetuity and dictate; what I’m allowed to do to feed my family, how i get my healthcare, what I’m allowed ro buy and sell, what I’m allowed to keep of what i earn and appropriate from nature, what I’m allowed to eat/drink/consume, what kind of light bulb I’m allowed to use etc
Then you bring in your songwriter buddy to try and gaslight me and my family into thinking we’re “unpatriotic” for complaining and suggest that if we don’t like it in our own home we can leave.
That’s what you and Stompin’ Tom sound like Jason.
