West Ham players board the plane to come home from their big European away game last night against.... Cardiff? 🤔
It's a 1 hr 50-minute train journey from Cardiff to London; can someone please explain to me why on earth a championship team is flying this distance to and from a midweek game? We have to drink through paper straws and be careful with our recycling, yet a team that currently sits 8th in the Championship is allowed to fly to and from a game that's a quick train journey away...
The FA needs to ste in and put some restrictions on teams travel, as this is just incredibly excessive.. 🤦🏼♂️

Not once has @adrianmasters84 @SharpEndITV invited anyone from @YesCymru on to the programme, a member based organisation that has held large scale events for years. But a random county councillor writes a panel and ITV are all over him. Joke!
On this day in 1839, at least 22 Chartists lost their lives in the Newport Rising as they fought for greater political rights and representation.
Their courage and sacrifice will never be forgotten.
We honour their memory by standing firm for democracy and people’s right to shape their own future.

These patriots are being roasted by the Welsh,
Now imagine if a foreigner climbed up one of our land marks and put their flags up

I am a survivor of Aberfan, but I lost my brother.
The bereaved families and fellow survivors of Aberfan do not need or appreciate the hollow words of remembrance of a political party like Reform who only exist to sow division and hatred.
We are better than that.

“You can tell the economic character of a nation by the way its infrastructure works.”
Powerful words from George Monbiot on BBC Question Time explaining how Wales’s economy was built to extract wealth rather than enrich its own people, and why we need the powers to put that right.

4-0 loss to @AbergavennyTFC wasn’t a fair reflection of the effort put in by @blaenavonblues in my opinion in the Blorenge derby.
