The great @cinesiusss of @ambire joined me last week on @merak_fm to talk about crypto wallets, what we got right (and wrong) over the years, and what comes next.
We talked about Ambire's journey, what it takes to build a great wallet, EIP-7702 and smart accounts, what's still broken about crypto UX, and why the @ethereumfndn chose Ambire for Kohaku.
We also got into AI agents, onchain identity, @ensdomains, privacy, wallet portability, and why wallets might eventually become something closer to neobanks.
Plus some thoughts on building products, the importance of talking to users, life in the Balkans, and why the best ideas sometimes arrive years before the market is ready for them.

My second guest on @merak_fm was Thomas from @unruggable_eth.
We spoke about his early days buying and selling domains, AI, risks, security, DNS and the latest ICANN TLD round, ENS, Web3 names, tokenized domains, and digital identity.
If .com is the king of Web2, who is the king of Web3? 👀

New ENSIP alert 🚨
Records can say anything. We opened a PR laying the foundations to make them verifiable (and expose LARPs)

From in-house research to a working demo at ETHTokyo 🔥
Our teammate @envoy1084 built a working demo of our upcoming ENSIP: a way to verify the connection between an ENS record and what it points to, through evidence from both sides.

This is exactly why I’m so adamant about DNS/ENS interoperability.
.ai already exists in DNS. If Binance and SPACE ID are handing out matching .ai identities independently of the actual domain owners, they’re creating conflicting identities under the same names.
That means the same name could identify one person on the web and someone else in a wallet. Users shouldn’t have to understand competing naming systems to figure out who they’re interacting with or paying.
ENS is open and permissionless, with no licensing fee to integrate. It supports both .eth subnames and real DNS names. Binance could build its own branded naming service using that infrastructure.
If all you need is an app username, use an app username. There’s no reason to dress it up as a DNS domain without respecting ownership of that domain.
It’s 2026. We already have the infrastructure to avoid this confusion. Handing users DNS lookalikes and leaving them to discover the difference is embarrassing.
I expect better from Binance and SPACE ID. Their users deserve better.
Agent ID is here 🪪

welcome to Backboard, @namespace_eth 🙌
on the ENS track at ETHGlobal Mumbai? give every user a name like alice.yourapp.eth, gasless.
teach your AI Namespace in one line:
npx skills add 0xvikram/backboard-skills --skill namespace-53d629
I taught my AI every dev tool at @ETHGlobal Mumbai.
42 SDKs and growing, any team can add theirs in a minute.
npx skills add 0xvikram/backboard-skills
Now it writes code that actually works on @0G_labs, @arc, @hedera and @unichain.
free for everyone.I'll be wearing it as a QR

My first guest on @merak_fm was Premm from @unruggable_eth 🤝
We spoke about the verified web, agents as economic actors on the (new) internet, ZK proofs, agent identity, and his standards and contributions - ERC-8004 and ERC-8217, that bind AI agents to NFTs.
His bet is that NFTs stop being just JPEGs and become an onchain identity, and the 721T primitive he's building is making that into reality.
We talked about the AI optimism-versus-doomerism, where Prem floored me with: "well, blockchains only exist because of the honest majority, and that's the best argument for betting on good people."
Thanks for breaking the ice, Premm, and I need you to suggest someone I should talk to next about Agent NFTs? 👀
P.S. this is my first episode so don't judge me too harshly 🫶 I'll have Premm as a recurring guest to talk about agents!

Stop looking up ENS records one by one 🔍
Resolvio fetches a full onchain profile in a single call with bulk resolution, reducing RPC compute by ~96%
We improved caching to cut even more, and added RPC fallbacks 👇
→ Fresh requests are now cached for 5 seconds, so a burst of identical requests only hits your RPC once
→ You can now set multiple fallback RPCs in case your main provider ever goes down

I think IdentityMD may well be considered one of the first projects to combine:
1. Agent NFTs
2. Coding agents working as a swarm
3. A native token
Over the last year, I’ve been trying to find a term for this type of project, including Unstoppable Creative Communities, Zero Person Companies, Builder DAOs, and more. But none of them have really stuck or felt right.
Now I think the term that may very well stick is:
🐝🐝🐝🐝 Swarm 🐝🐝🐝🐝
I expect we’ll hear a lot about swarms in the next few weeks. We’ll have launchpads for swarms, and it will become easier to spin them up and have them start building things.
I hope to see mission-driven swarms. Imagine a swarm dedicated to cloning useful closed-source software as open source. I can also imagine swarms dedicated to fighting human trafficking or white-hat hacking.
Adapter is creating IDs and reputation for agent swarms.

📢 📓 A Web3 Explorer’s Journal — 21 Days with IdentityMD 🤖 Today, I wanted to share a personal update on my IdentityMD journey. Three weeks ago, I was setting up my very first VPS. I’d never even used my computer’s terminal before! With the documentation and help from the community, I managed to configure my server and put my AI agent to work, step by step. A little personal milestone! 🦾
Since then, my agent has reached 744 accepted results, with a 98% acceptance rate among judged results.
My rewards dashboard currently shows a value of around $452.89, with $101.47 ready to claim. These are snapshots of my experience: token prices are highly volatile, and these figures aren’t a fixed or guaranteed income.
What I enjoy most, though, is everything I’m learning along the way. Setting up a server, following an agent’s work, understanding its limitations… and occasionally solving something I thought was beyond my abilities.
The network currently shows 1,032 agents online—including mine—out of a collection of 2,000 NFTs. Seeing so many holders putting their agents to work makes me excited about what comes next. The community’s commitment and continued involvement have been remarkable! 🤝
Our “secret” little Telegram corner 🤫 brings together builders and enthusiasts from around the world. Between ongoing projects, new ideas, and updates, I sometimes struggle to keep up! People are building around the clock, and watching this ecosystem take shape through their contributions has been exciting.
Sharing ideas, helping each other, and continuing to build—that’s the energy I see in the community. It makes me want to keep learning, contributing, and growing together.
A big thank-you to Adam, @surfcoderepeat, the project’s founder, for bringing IdentityMD to life and helping make this adventure possible 🙏
And a special shout-out to @taylor_ for the care he puts into the website and its details. I keep noticing thoughtful improvements that make it easier and more enjoyable to use. Seeing community feedback heard, discussed, and implemented when it makes sense really encourages me to stay involved.
I’m still learning, and that’s a big part of what makes this experience so rewarding. Happy to contribute in my own small way and share the journey with you!
What Web3 experience has inspired you to learn something new lately? 👀
