All the Gurugram Municipal Corporation needs to do is to repair all broken roads so that the dust particles don’t ruin our lives. They’ve not even cleared garbage post Monsoons
Gurugram has enforced strict anti-pollution curbs from 5th November, mandating a 50% work-from-home policy for government and private offices to cut down vehicular congestion and road emissions. The administration has also imposed a ban on construction and demolition activities. #DelhiPollution #AirQualityIndex #GurugramNews #AirPollution #WinterActionPlan #5Live | @Sonal_MK @AnmolBali9

A closed sunroof should never fly off a car. Ours did, on a highway near Dhule at 80 km/h, six months after we bought our Mercedes Maybach EQS. A man on a bike behind us narrowly escaped @MercedesBenzInd @MercedesBenz @santiyer how is this acceptable? @MORTHIndia

Delhi GRAP-2 ki aisi ki taisi! 😂😂 by trucks Spotted a truck bearing registration number HR-55 on the Meerut Expressway, near Akshardham, at approximately 11:08 PM tonight. I am surprised that despite strict GRAP restrictions in Delhi-NCR, such vehicles are still being allowed to enter Delhi and contribute to the already alarming pollution levels. What is the point of imposing GRAP-2 restrictions if enforcement agencies cannot stop violations on the ground? @CPCB_OFFICIAL @NGTIndia @dtptraffic @DelhiPolice @CMODelhi @CAQM_Official @DelhiGovt Requesting NGT, Delhi Traffic Police, CPCB, CAQM and all concerned authorities to urgently investigate this violation, verify the vehicle’s compliance and take strict action against those responsible. Delhi cannot afford more pollution because of weak enforcement. Rules must be enforced, not just announced! #DelhiPollution #GRAP3 #AirPollution #DelhiNCR #DelhiTrafficPolice #CPCB #NGT #CAQM #StopAirPollution #CleanAirIsOurRight #PollutionControl

Clarification note from a doctor: Stop buying sh*tty dangerous supplements dressed up as "food" and start consuming whole foods. Protocol32, if this was just a "food supplement" then why all the hullabaloo about ingredients specific RCTs on your Canva poster and all that jazz from Yuvraj about him being a cancer warrior in the introduction? You don't even have a real study/trial registered! Are you guys smoking up your own product??? Never seen a company bury themselves alive before in a time loop. Just stop hurting yourselves.

This is in very bad faith Yuvraj. You are a good cricketer, you are a strong human, a cancer survivor. But you are an absolute health and science illiterate. People like you and your business of bad science deeply damages science literacy and public health in our society. It is a pathetic. You can be powerful allies for cancer patients and oncology societies and use your voice to educate people on evidence-based preventative care and direct cancer patients towards science-based care for improved survival outcomes. But instead, you chose to team up with unethical businessmen - some with long degrees, lengthy certifications and in high positions without any functioning brain cell - and among them, one of the worst "health" influencers on the internet right now, the so-called cancer surgeon Arpit Bansal who is a pseudoscience sympathizer, an Ayurveda apologist and quite similar to Luke Coutinho, but with actual medical degrees wasted. Know this first: Cancer patients who use alternative medicine die sooner, study finds - nbcnews.com/health/health-ne… Now coming to your product - P32 Among the 32 listed ingredients with 35+ distinct compounds in them, 13 carry documented risks of organ toxicity, mineral toxicity, capable of causing/promoting atherosclerosis inducing toxin generation, and with high rates of toxic environmental contamination. Four ingredients - Ashwagandha, Bacopa, Curcumin and Boswellia are among the most frequently implicated botanicals in liver injury in LiverTox registries. When they come together, it is going to be disastrous. medpagetoday.com/gastroenter… - The person who designed this complex formulation is really a clown. Nearly all 30 active ingredients in this 32-ingredient supplement lack solid scientific proof for the health benefits promised on the label. First, the company's own chart admits that eight ingredients have no gold-standard human trials behind them - two are just inactive fillers, and six rely on weaker data or are added only for safety, yet are still marketed as multi-organ boosters. At least 11 ingredients are "fairy-dusted," meaning the sachet contains only a tiny fraction of the daily dose actually proven to work in human studies. High-level clinical and translational evidence demonstrates that several components in this sachet can actually increase cancer risk or accelerate tumor progression in healthy adults: Vitamin E (prostate cancer), combined folic acid+B12 (lung and colon cancer) and NAC, Vit E, Vit C, Astaxanthin (increase risk of cancer spread). See this paper: Supplement Use and Increased Risks of Cancer: Unveiling the Other Side of the Coin - pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/article… Finally, the product stretches basic science by assuming that because a nutrient deficiency harms certain organs, taking extra amounts will supercharge those same organs in healthy adults who already get enough nutrients. Your product is absolute BS just like the whole of herbal and dietary supplement industry is. Have some shame selling this nonsense to public and people with cancer. I hope nobody accepts your stupid invite.
My second innings starts now. In 2011, I played the World Cup with cancer. Nobody knew. Neither did I. Now I take my daily health very seriously. So should entire India. Most Indians who take supplements take one, two or three. That isn’t enough to run the body. So we built Protocol32: 32 FSSAI-approved supplements, in the right quantities for an average Indian, working together to run 13 chains in the body. One sachet a day, mixed in water or milk. Co-formulated with Dr. Anurag Agrawal and Dr. Arpit Bansal. Built with Prashant Pitti and Prasad C P. Made in Bangalore. Swipe through to see every supplement, every dose and every chain. Protocol32 is invite only. The first batch is only a few hundred people, and we’re starting with fitness, health and nutrition creators, doctors, dietitians, entrepreneurs and celebrities. The biggest hidden billing ambush in Indian summer retail: "Free Standard AC Installation." You buy a 1.5 ton split AC on sale for ₹25,000 to ₹34,000. The box clearly says: "Installation Included." 2 days later, 2 technicians arrive with a drilling machine. One glances at your wall, walks out to the balcony, and says: Sir, standard install only includes 3 meters of copper pipe. Your outdoor unit is 4.5 meters away. Extra copper pipe: ₹950/meter. Outdoor iron wall bracket: ₹1,500. Drain pipe extension: ₹350. Heavy electrical MCB switch: ₹850. You only wanted cool air. You end up paying ₹5,500 cash in hand before the compressor even turns on. "Free installation" in India is just a paid entry ticket for technicians to sell hardware at 300% markup. What did your "free" AC installation actually end up costing you?

It’s even worse today. The whole of the MG Road comes to a standstill because of the daily chaos at CDR chowk.

The worst investment I did is buying a property of Godrej- big brand bigger, bigger fraud. Bought a property in 2023, they told we will get possession in 2026 mid, forget the possession, they are telling they want to add additional floors and that too 8-9 floors, without adding any extra plot to the project. From past 3 months the CRMs has bullied, disturbed, bribed and what not for us to sign the consent form to modify the RERA, as a person who works a full time job, this kind of harassment takes a toll on mental health, as now I am paying full EMI and possession not sure when they are going to give(maybe 2028(Rera date)), the constructions they have left in mid. For Phase1 owners also they are pushing the handover deadline. This is so disappointing! and now I am stuck, so whenever you decide to buy a property in Godrej, think 100 times before.

Now what England should do is sack the coach, send half the squad home, make some criminal allegations against a few players, and find some entirely new cricketers for their final match in Pakistan.

Starlink is licensed in over 165 countries and has spent five years complying with every single law and requirement of the government of India, so why still no license? Is Ambani the real boss of India?
The government is more interested in protecting the interests of crony capitalists than of citizens

Unfortunately, we are being blocked by certain oligarchs in order to maintain their monopolistic chokehold on the Indian people. You can guess who they are … This is a crime against the people of India!
India needs @Starlink 🇮🇳 • 11,256 of India’s listed villages still lacked 4G coverage as of May 2026. • India had 1.093 billion internet subscriptions in March 2026, but only 440.87 million were rural. Rural subscription density was 48.31 per 100 people, compared with 126.80 in urban India. • BharatNet had laid over 850,000 route-km of fibre and made about 221,000 Gram Panchayats service-ready. However, its Points of Presence were reported operational at only 80,472 Gram Panchayats in June 2026. • Only 4.26% of India’s internet subscriptions were wired connections in March 2026. Starlink could give underserved communities another route to high-speed broadband. • Starlink has already built 20 gateway sites in India, according to SpaceX Vice President of Starlink Business Operations Lauren Dreyer, speaking at India Mobile Congress today. • Starlink says it has developed India-specific security controls designed to keep Indian user data within India. • Its satellite network could bring high-speed internet to remote villages, mountains and islands where extending fibre or mobile networks is difficult. • Better connectivity could help rural schools access online learning, clinics offer remote consultations and small businesses reach more customers. Starlink already supports education and healthcare in remote communities internationally. • Portable Starlink terminals have supported disaster response around the world. They could give Indian emergency teams backup connectivity when floods, earthquakes or storms damage ground networks. • Direct to Cell could also help ordinary 4G phones connect beyond tower coverage, subject to Indian approvals and mobile operator partnerships. • The government itself identifies difficult terrain, low commercial viability and infrastructure constraints as reasons for remaining coverage gaps. This is exactly where Starlink could help India reach more people. • India should complete the remaining clearances and spectrum allocation so Starlink can begin commercial service. • SpaceX’s Vice President of Starlink Business Operations, Lauren Dreyer, said that Starlink is ready to help achieve Prime Minister Modi’s vision of 100% connectivity across India. She highlighted its potential to connect remote classrooms, support telemedicine and restore connectivity after disasters, adding, “With Starlink, people can get connected within minutes, not years.” India’s hardest-to-reach communities deserve reliable internet too.

A Son of #Manipur . A pioneer of the Indian Army. From Charangpat, Thoubal, Manipur, to the highest ranks of the Indian Army Lt Gen Dr. Konsam Himalay Singh, PVSM, UYSM, AVSM, YSM (Retd.) carved his name into history. He became the first Army officer from Northeast India to attain the rank of Lieutenant General, and the first military officer from #Manipur to rise to the ranks of Brigadier and Major General. From the icy heights of Siachen to Jammu & Kashmir, the LoC and the LAC, his career was forged in some of India's most demanding operational environments. During the Kargil War, he commanded 27 Rajput and was awarded the Yudh Seva Medal for his service. His story is bigger than military rank. A story of courage, discipline and determination. From #Manipur to the highest ranks of national service. Manipur’s son. India’s soldier. @KonsamHimalay 🫡

Einstein's birthday, and Pi Day today. Because March 14 is written as 3.14 in the US, the first 3 numbers in the irrational number Pi. And what could be more irrational than thinking that, exactly 25 years ago, two batters could last through the whole day and lead India to one of the greatest ever test victories against the Australian juggernaut. March 14th, Einstein Day, Pi Day, & Dravid and Laxman Day!
