Check it Bill. @OpenZeppelin - the Smart Contract development tooling standard - has embedded and set the Chainlink Cross-Chain Interoperabilty Protocol and Automated Compliance Engine as the default across their platform. That combined with the Chainlink Runtime Environment means devs dont need to pick a chain. They can write once and orchestrate everywhere. The Internet of Smart Contracts - Powered By $LINK - is now a reality.
Today we’re announcing a strategic partnership with @chainlink Chainlink CCIP and ACE are now natively embedded across OpenZeppelin tooling, giving institutions and developers one trusted foundation for moving assets and operations onchain.

its funny when one silo calls out another silo for being a silo. Despite what crypto twitter thots will tell you - the internet did not replace intranets. Siloed corporate - and even home - intranets still exist. They just use an abstraction and orchestration layer (the TCP/IP suite) to connect disparate systems. A blockchain is a single point of failure silo. And a blockchain is just a node in the Chainlink Network. Everything. $LINK'ed.

the canvas maker does not get a say in what the painter paints. Is this really where ethereum $eth is in 2026? Trying to tell painters what they can paint and on whoms canvas? You guys lost the plot.
reminder - i still hold $eth i bought in Dec 2016 I do not hate ethereum. I just wish its community would stop being such naive hypocritical wannabe-anarchists that think ethereum built the economy that runs on top of its decentralized database - instead of Chainlink and DeFI. There is nothing sadder than a database devoid of data.

but if youre looking for exposure to regulated institutions and their private chains - including Swift, DTCC and JPM - youre looking for $LINK.

you ever ask a friend to help you move and they show up in @chrisbarrett's @drivewithchip instead of their truck? Thats ethereum $eth pulling up thinking it will be the global settlement layer in 2026. Its not ready for institutional use at scale. Its just reality. I know people have a hard time with that here. You need a monster if youre going to take on the real world. not a unicorn.

Did you hear the one about the "build it and they will come people" asking the government for a regulatory hand out because people are choosing to go elsewhere? $eth

could you imagine if Linux enthusiasts petitioned the government to create a regulatory moat because they didnt like the way Apple was using "their" open-source permissionless technology - the way $eth utopians are? Guys. Mixing religion and technology never turns out well. Just go out and build better systems. No one is stopping you.
