In the streaming world it’s really hard to find/discover shows. Especially when people binge. They get buzz for a bit then fall off. The OA is a hard show to describe/market as it’s so high concept but has so many levels. Like many I heard about it being canceled THEN watched

Because most of us now begging for it to be renewed didn’t even know it existed until it was cancelled. The marketing was slim to none. I had to search for it and by then the crucial time period that determines if a show is popular was over. Another unfinished story by @netflix -

Started watching @The_OA & found it intriguingly odd. Just finished season 1 final episode & not only am I in tears, job well done to everyone making the school shooting scene, but also it was a brilliant choice to not show the actor's face who played the shooter.

We all really were nice in the beginning.... I’m staying nice but it’s grimy for sure to sell subscriptions using @The_OA as a selling point and then cancel....let me repeat that, they used false advertising to sell subscriptions under a lie...... #CancelNetflix

Watching the second season of The OA. Why would you cancel it @netflix ? One of the most original shows around. Brit Marling is tremendously talented both as a writer and as an actress.

I just binge watched both seasons of The OA in 2 days..and now I understand why everyone is so pissed that it's cancelled..how do they end it like that?!?!?Bring it back! Im also considering cancelling my Netflix subscription..they have cancelled enough of my fav shows #SaveTheOA

I think someone at @netflix is convinced the spray paint on the sidewalk has something to do with me, because they sent their power washing guy out to deal with it... The spray paint is actually for utility work in the area and marks what sidewalk sections need to be torn up.
