Shame on the Ontario Ministry of Health. If they messed up such an obvious idiotic decision you have to wonder about the management of additional consequential issues like hallway medicine and ER overcrowding - which right now is awful pre-flu season.

Ontario’s childcare sector is already in a staffing crisis, and now Ford is freezing workers’ wages for 2027.
Ontario is a wealthy province. Saying we can’t afford an extra $1 an hour for the people who care for our kids shows exactly where Doug Ford’s priorities lie.
Greens are calling on Ford to reverse this move. It’s time to put care back at the centre of politics.

The Ford Conservatives voted AGAINST an independent Auditor General investigation into the billion-dollar OSAP scandal.
My colleague @LFairclo and the @OntLiberal put forward this motion to get answers about what happened to nearly a billion dollars in OSAP grants flowing to private career colleges.
The Conservatives announced they would vote against it before even hearing the debate.

Another bombshell on the billion dollar OSAP scandal.
Over 8,300 OSAP applications came from just THREE IP addresses. The Ford government was warned as early as 2023 and received over 220 tips, complaints and referrals since January 2024.
They had the warnings. They refused to act until Oct 2026. Now students are paying the price.
We need a full forensic audit.

Minister Quinn said he will not resign in Question Period. He got a standing ovation from Doug Ford’s Conservatives.
I guess they support thousands of students having their OSAP ripped away and nearly a billion dollars in public funding being wasted amid allegations of fraud.
So much for “respect for the taxpayer dollar”. #onpoli
