Delighted to be representing @Starlink at IMC today. Our vision is clear: to complement India’s incredible digital infrastructure by bridging the final frontier of connectivity.
We stand ready to serve India, as soon as India is ready!
Great to be at India Mobile Congress today.
Thank you to the Government of India and @DoT_India for the opportunity to share @Starlink’s vision for India.
Starlink can help reach the places where the last mile is still the hardest mile - working alongside India’s operators, government and industry.
As India works through the final approvals, our message is simple:
We stand ready to serve India, as soon as India is ready! 🇮🇳🛰️

Starlink remains in active and productive discussions with the Government of India contrary to misleading stories based upon unsubstantiated claims from anonymous sources.
We have worked with the Government through all of the required regulatory and compliance processes in a transparent and responsible manner. To align with India's sovereign technology, regulatory and security requirements, Starlink has setup a bespoke deployment model for India that further demonstrates our commitment to working within India’s strategic framework.
We have heard nothing but encouraging feedback on Starlink’s capabilities and its potential to advance India’s connectivity ambitions, especially in remote and underserved regions. We remain fully committed to India and to working with the Government to bring Starlink’s services very soon to the country.
India has effectively frozen approvals for Elon Musk’s space-based internet service Starlink to begin commercial operations, citing concerns over the use of its satellite terminals in the Iran war, according to people familiar. bloomberg.com/news/articles/…

"We may go back by 21 years if we cross the Lakshman Rekha" said our PM. Looks like the process has been set in motion!
Unprecedented! My fellow citizens following lane/queue discipline at a local pharmacy - social distancing FTW!
Thanks for the alert @Paytm but it is absurd that you insist that I uninstall @zoom_us which I use for work and also a tool that is essential in the current circumstances.
So glad that justice was finally delivered in the #nirbhaya case! High time we see some judicial activism to plug the loopholes that were being exploited so far, to prevent us from seeing this day!

So glad to see the Kerala Government take a cabinet decision to supply mid-day meals to kids at their homes, amid the #covid19 shutdown! 🙏
Anganwadis in Kerala are shut due to #covid19 pandemic, but teachers are distributing food supplies at homes of kids. Here's a photo of an Anganwadi teacher in Palakkad with a kid at his home. #SARSCoV2 #coronavirus
