It actually IS the role of government to provide for you. Living in a society is a trade off of relinquishing some of your personal sovereignty for stability and material comfort. If the government doesn't provide you with ANYTHING you're just being oppressed

Because it’s not the role of government to provide for you , and also no one is entitled to anyone’s services for free. Also “free” is never free. Somebody always has to pay an exorbitant amount just so you can have something for a lower cost at their expense.

I use to sell these types of seats for the BC Lions at BC Place, some people actually love them. I asked a guy once "why". His answer was awesome "sometimes you just want to be in the stadium and watch the game, and not talk to anyone". Now that I'm older, I get it.

Emmanuel Clase's attorney also asked the judge to limit her questions to witnesses, concerned it's aiding the prosecution. The judge said she knows little about baseball. She's been asking for clarification on basics. Today she asked "Are Detroit and White Sox the same thing?"
