همچنان بدون صدور حکم محکومیتی در بیدادگاهی در بازداشت موقت در زندان اوین است. در روزهای اخیر، وکیل اجازه ورود به پرونده پیدا کرده است.
در یک سال گذشته شنوایی یک گوشش را کامل از دست داده و گوش دیگرش کم‌شنوا شده است.
