In any event it was never a "girls/women-only app" It (eventually)* was a "whomever 'passes' as a girl/woman' based on a photo *originally "trans-girls" (to quote Sall) were welcome

In fact, the Globe and Mail had to issue a correction to its initial reporting in 2018 about the judge's findings. I hope the National Post does the same

Amber Heard's appeal brief pointed out that most of his witnesses were financially connected to him in some way (whereas she had no way of essentially compelling witnesses to testify live at the Virginia trial, so having the trial there was ridiculously unfair to her)

Replying to @TheHeidiPie
What are you even talking about?!? 1 of the reasons it was so unfair that the trial was in Virginia is that AH couldn't subpoena (also you seem to be forgetting Deuters was *JD's* witness ) You seriously think her lawyers *lied* in their appeal brief? For real?

I also think the wording "as Depp shifted his case" is lawyer speak for: You aholes claimed the case would be about x in your pre-trial filings and then the second you got in front of the jury shifted to something else entirely

Since JD was attacking AH’s credibility, “this text message was critically important” In sum: AH believed JD abused her and *SD confirmed this*

Another aside: JD’s doctor and nurse “were precluded from testifying that Depp worked himself up into a rage and tried to fight Heard” (like holy F!!)

AH reported JD’s abuse to many medical professionals The jury was prevented from knowing that she reported to (again: wtf?!?): Clinical psychologist Bonnie Jacobs Psychologist Connell Cowan Nurse Erin Falati Clinical psychologist Laurel Anderson Clinical psychologist Amy Banks

Additionally, her medical records were not hearsay since they were evidence of AH’s *state of mind* JD *needed to prove* actual malice which means her “subjective state of mind regarding whether abuse occurred was a primary issue in the case”
