It’s over. I’m quitting AI.
A client of mine just received a logo made by me manually, and the result left both him and his wife speechless.
I understood the brand story, values, audience, strategy, and turned all of it into a smart, minimal symbol. A genuinely brilliant concept. The kind of idea that captures everything at once. Something I honestly don’t think I would have come up with Fable 5.
And I didn’t just nail the idea. I executed the design pixel-perfectly.
So Anthropic raised the white flag.
My scepticism about AI’s ability to create nice logos has been officially proven.
There, I said it:
It’s time to raise an hourly rate
Now that I finally took Fable’s job, I can work even more and dedicate my life to studying the only thing it may never achieve: eating while working.
Good luck everyone.

My skepticism about AI’s ability to do great design is officially gone.
There, I said it:
AI beat me at design.
Now that AI finally took my job, I can peacefully quit and dedicate my life to studying the only thing it may never achieve: human consciousness and the pathways to God.
Good luck everyone.
It’s been three weeks without any new posts here. Locked in level ultra.
Working with the biggest client of my career, meeting the new (and incredible) design team.
It’s been *intense* but totally worth it - tons of new posts and announcements coming really soon.
Last week was my final one at @ui8. What a ride.
Grateful to the team and proud to have contributed across many products for the design community, new website, tons of 3D, motion, UI, and even some dev.
Here’s a quick reel of our best work from 2025.
Excited for what’s next.
Just realized I’d love to participate in @webflow awards this year, but it feels odd to nominate myself as I’m not affiliated with Webflow at all.
Yes, I have 3 strong sites made with Webflow, but the nomination is for a person/org, not just projects.
Any tips, Webflow folks?
Empathy and the ability to go the extra mile are still two of the most underrated skills a designer can have.
A couple days ago I saw this beatuiful work by @thereal_apk, and replied to ask if he can share the Midjourney prompt structure.
Instead of just pasting it, Ashwin recorded a 2-minute Loom video - extremely detailed step-by-step tutorial.
He spent time recording this personalized vid instead of just copy-pasting the promt, and even started it with my real name (which isn’t on my profile here)
This is the way.
Extra-mile, personalized approach.
I assume Ashwin does this for clients as well.
This is what wins new clients AND keeps the current ones happy.
Mobile version.
Built with Rive + Webflow. Still surprised I managed to squeeze this diagram into a tiny phone screen, while keeping 100% of desktop functionality and a nice performance.
Built a new cool feature for the ChainGPT site - a detailed, interactive product ecosystem diagram made in @rive_app.
4 Rive files running simultaneously with great performance. Fully responsive, hover actions included.
Doing it manually in CSS/JS would've been a nightmare.

Just realized I forgot to include an actual live thing, here you can see how it works → chaingpt.org
Just shipped a pretty cool contact form on the UI8 Studio website, both design & dev.
No developers, no AI - just me, @webflow and a couple of @osmosupply assets (highly recommended)
I love being a generalist.
Working on this new little feature for UI Live in @rive_app
Rive's Data Binding is just perfect for this, as I can easily show the real stats and auto-update it.
It's responsive (thanks to Data Binding again), and supports theme switching thanks to some custom code.
We just launched the biggest seasonal sale on @ui8, up to 90% off for selected products (incl. my recently released mockup pack). Go grab some of the coolest UIKits, shiny SaaS templates, mockups and much more.
Created this little video to celebrate:
The era of “slap a gradient to make it better” was replaced by the era of “slap a blur to make it better”
Prepare to enter the “slap a liquid glass to make it better” era, this stuff will be everywhere
My mockup pack has it's own branding and I think it's kinda cool
Best part? Most of dither and halftone effects were done in @hiunicornstudio in just a few clicks.
The glyph dither is custom: if you zoom in you can see it's made out of R E H X letters (name of the product).

We’re slowly rolling out the new Layers experience ahead of a full announcement soon.
Have you checked out the new profiles yet?
Very nice product by Fedir, who also used our latest mockup pack to present it. Way to go!

waitlist.express is live!
Clean, sharp, and on-brand waitlist pages for early-stage founders and indie hackers who need to start strong.
Apple is great at separating native apps from Flutter and other stuff. Devs just won't be able to easily do this glass effect elsewhere (at first).
Also, we'll see much more of @splinetool, where this effect can be done and embedded in two clicks.
Here's how I built these mockups using Cinema 4D, After Effects, and a lot of masking:
