In case my sister needs a ride…
There has never been an excuse to drink and drive. With @Tesla expanding their Cybercab/Robotaxi services area across #Houston, there are more ways than ever to get home safely after a night out.
Plan ahead, make the smart choice, and never get behind the wheel impaired. #DontDrinkAndDrive

Houston PD!! I love these guys and gals so much!
Stay safe out there and take a Robotaxi home from now on. Houston's finest approve and say so!!! ❤️

Can we get a 162 mi. Geo fence in Northwest Arkansas? Please?
Updated @Tesla Robotaxi geofence sizes (in square miles):
• Austin: 272
• Houston: 254 (916% increase today)
• Dallas: 81
• Miami: 31
• Orlando: 26
• Tampa: 24
All these areas are fully autonomous/unsupervised robotaxis only.
Oh heck, yeah! If the timeline holds, does that mean Miami, Orlando, or Tampa could see expansion within days or a couple of weeks?
My Lyft right this morning was in a 2026 Tesla model Y, and went from my driveway to the front door of my work with zero interventions! Remind me again, why we don’t have Robotaxi in Northwest Arkansas? @TeslaSI @AskLyft @wholemars @robotaxi

A guy bought a Tesla Model 3 last year.
$42,990. Drove it home. Plugged it in. Thought he had figured out the future.
His neighbor, a former Tesla service technician who had worked on over 800 Tesla vehicles, walked over to look at it in the driveway.
He sat in the passenger seat.
Looked at the 15.4 inch touchscreen.
Opened the settings menu.
Scrolled for 45 seconds.
Then turned to him.
“You have 11 features on this car turned off or set wrong. Your regenerative braking is running at half capacity so you are losing free range every time you slow down. Your charging schedule is costing you money every single night. Your Autopilot is not calibrated for your driving style. You have never activated the feature that tells you exactly when to charge to save the most money based on your local electricity rates. And Tesla pushed a software update 3 months ago that added 4 new features to this exact car that you have never turned on because the notification appeared at 2am and you dismissed it.”
He stared at him.
“I thought I just drove it.”
“You do just drive it. But this car has more software in it than most laptops. Tesla ships it with conservative defaults because they cannot predict how every driver will use it. The settings that make this car significantly better are all in the touchscreen. Most Tesla owners never find them because nobody tells them where to look.”
He spent 18 minutes in the settings menu.
The car he drove the next morning felt like a different vehicle.
Here are every Tesla setting and feature most owners never find: 🧵

The Model YL space for 6 is great.
Gotta keep emphasizing it. 🙏🏼
It’s sad that there are only seven or eight vehicles operating in Orlando. I love the explosion of vehicles currently in Austin and Dallas, but you would think with the support of @RonDeSantis @GovRonDeSantis Tesla would deploy a lot more vehicles in Florida.
I’m traveling to Orlando next weekend to check out the Robotaxi network. Do we know how many vehicles are operational in the Orlando fleet? @BeardedTesla @RtaxiTracker @RobotaxiRadar

stay optimistic and Lord willing, you’ll get a ride. Maybe things are better in Orlando
Now that we have swarmed Austin, we need to swarm Miami and Florida in general.

@tesla_robotaxi dear Robotaxi team. I’m a huge fan of Tesla Robotaxi. I can’t wait for the cyber cab. I live in Miami Florida and I noticed they’re currently or not enough model wise. It seems like no matter what day it is or what time it is I can never get a ride and the weight is 40 minutes or more. What are you all doing to address this? When will you be adding more fleet and expanding service? I really want to ride the Robotaxi, but I have a hard time booking a ride.

I just found a Tesla Robotaxi driving on a Houston highway!
The catch is that there was a person in the driver seat, but this is an official Robotaxi plate.
This was on a highway in the geofence.
Only a couple more days until I can test Robotaxi for myself. My plans were moved up to Thursday afternoon. And I can’t wait to see how accessible the app, and the experience are since I will be doing this solo. Orlando here I come!

NHTSA announced today that they are proposing new rules aimed at removing U.S. federal regulatory barriers for autonomous vehicles without steering wheels or pedals, such as @Tesla's Cybercab.
The proposed changes include:
• Eliminating requirements for manually operated turn signal controls in vehicles without steering wheels or pedals: "NHTSA has concluded that the self-canceling and manually operated control requirements in the current standard are unnecessary for turn signal operating units that are installed on vehicles without manually operated driving controls."
• Allowing autonomous driving systems to control turn signals, hazard lights, and high/low beams without traditional driver-operated switches.
• Removing certain dashboard indicator requirements for turn signals and high beams in vehicles without manual driving controls.
• Allowing optional cyan-colored exterior lights to indicate when a vehicle is operating autonomously, with standardized requirements for their placement, brightness, and operation.
• Eliminating outdated restrictions on vertical headlight arrangements, giving automakers greater design flexibility.
• Allowing modern integrated headlights to be tested at manufacturer-specified voltages rather than requiring 12.8 volts.
NHTSA says the changes are intended to eliminate unnecessary regulatory barriers, reduce costs, and enable innovation without compromising vehicle safety.

I’ll say this, nag is almost non-existent on 14.3.13. I feel like I’m in a Cybercab. 🤩

We are launching the Tesla Robotaxi safety report today.
Till date, Robotaxi has driven a total of 3.3 million miles autonomously, and has had zero injuries nor airbag deployments. If the same number of miles were to be manually driven, we should expect roughly 9 injuries to the occupants or other pedestrians and 4 airbag deployments on average.
We will continue to transparently share our progress with the public using this page.

Can I get my own cyber Cab or autonomous vehicle already? I’m tired of being late because of rideshare’s, I want to pick exactly when I leave my house. Not having a variance of 30 minutes or more.
Even though I am not currently in the Robotaxi Geo fence. I wish the app would let me enter addresses or plan trips so I can see if the service is available at my destinations. Would definitely help when preparing to go to a new city where Robotaxi is available. @robotaxi
