Let me expose Flipkart customer care. I bought an ASUS ROG Zephyrus G14 in August as brand new. It only turned on for seconds then died. Warranty already started in Feb 2026. Technician never came. I only want full refund. @Flipkart

I have decided tomorrow morning am filing consumer case against them. Now they have new pattern since last 6 days
They call me everyday and inform me that yesterday’s return order was cancelled and we are creating new return order and in the process keep increasing the resolution date in future.
Today i finally told them to do whatever they want as i feel right process is just filing a consumer case in the court.

#Beware! This is how Flipkart cheats. I bought @shopmotorola TV which busted in 8 months. @flipkartsupport was supposed to get it picked up and refund. They didn't & TV is still with me. However, their cust supp team has falsely marked this as 'picked up' & matter 'resolved' 1/2

Bought a Refrigerator on 21/01/2026 for ₹18,915 (Order ID: OD436584347211241100). The product is defective.
Shockingly, the technician from @Whirlpool_India declared it "second-hand" without even inspecting it! Now, Flipkart is hiding behind a "7-day policy" to deny support.
Is this how you treat customers? Selling faulty products and then refusing responsibility is unacceptable.

This company @Flipkart @flipkartsupport has gone to dogs. There is no accountability, there is no credibility and zero trust with the company. Pretty messed up shit and customer is always suffering despite spending their hard earned money.

"Saw a ₹35,000 phone for ₹18,999 on Flipkart… but what happened after ordering shocked me!
I saw an offer for a phone on Flipkart and seeing the price, I placed the order immediately.
The payment went through and I got an order confirmation.
But a few hours later, the price on the app suddenly jumped from ₹18,999 to ₹34,999.
I thought maybe the offer was removed by mistake, but my order was still showing at the old price.
The next day, I suddenly got a message saying the order was cancelled — reason given: “technical issue”.
Now the biggest question is —
If a customer orders after seeing a lower price and the payment is also done, is it right for the company to cancel the order later?

Beware of buying @shopmotorola TV & dealing with @flipkart. They have been the biggest thugs and cheats in this entire process. Their cust support has no clue, they don't read previous conversations and will never give anything in written. Drag the matter & tire out the customer
#Nuvama_Wealth, Dear all, if you trade with this broker, just check zerodha and groww. They don't square off your positions at the open of market on expiry day, even if you have sufficient margin, their risk management policy is not suited for traders. Change your dealer asap.
