It will be a magical experience when your shopping agent can solve problems you weren't even aware of or improve your life. For example, buying birdseed because you enjoy watching birds. Companies will have to allow them. (image by @gregisenberg).

Underground: RTK + a phone camera Above ground: a phone camera + @pascal Scan a room, get a scene graph the DOM of the building, queryable by AI Every wall, pipe and outlet, diffable like Git teapawt.net/aymericrabot/status/21…
Holy sh*t. Cities have been digging up streets blind for decades, smashing cables with excavators and wasting billions on emergency repairs because utility companies still run on last-century blueprints... But everything is shifting now. I hooked up a local geodetic model and RTK tracking straight to a smartphone to scan underground utilities in real-time right through the camera. Right under the asphalt in real-time, you can see everything: 1. power cables -> exact position 2. hidden pipes -> depth down to the centimeter 3. underground voids -> in AR mode 4. GPS error -> fixed via RTK Fixed Now this thing highlights the utility grid right under your feet in real time, eliminating any surprises during excavation. Remember, urban infrastructure was built on paper maps from fifty years ago. Your roads deserve precision. The real race in tech right now is integrating digital twins of the physical world into augmented reality. Massive databases surprise no one anymore, so software now needs to see straight through walls and asphalt. So check yourself, it takes only a few minutes. Full step-by-step below, save this.

NASA가 공개한 화성의 밤하늘(4K 해상도)
Readers added context they thought people might want to know

Someone needs to stop Claude Opus 5.5. It turned one picture into a robot octopus I can take apart piece by piece. i just said "make the model" and what came back floored me. the build: > the picture set the look, every petal, lens and link is three.js code > opus rendered one still next to the picture and fixed the gaps for 3 rounds before it touched the film > the first pass looked like a toy, so it went back and packed 202 links and 480 wheels into 8 arms > every arm is one draw call, posed every frame by walking its chain of bends > something opens every 2-3 seconds: the lens unscrews, the mantle hinges, the pump rises out spinning > at 0:16 the whole thing blows apart on a 330° turntable and reassembles before the turn ends 25 seconds, 2,616 lines of code and one octopus that leaves the frame on its own. the skill, the prompt and the live sim 👇

First roadside drive for MOSS, the 3D printed open source litter picking robot. Tarmac, slopes, dry grass, fresh grass, the tracks go through all of it like a small bulldozer, nothing jams. Driven from the pad, straight from the battery switch, no laptop in the loop. Numbers from the onboard log: over 8 min of driving, over 70 m on each track by the encoders. Pack at 11.68 V at the start, 11.34 V at the stop, roughly 9% of the pack by the resting voltage afterwards. And only about half of the pack is usable before the tracks start stalling in pivots. The motors and the hardware in general held very well. Zero stall guard trips, zero dead pivots. The battery is the weak part, a $20 3S4P pack, 12 cells, sold as 40 Ah and clearly not. Charger and pack get replaced next. Rough estimate with proper high capacity cells: about 50 min and 430 m per charge.

Had an employee walk around the warehouse with meta glasses and Claude then built this very very good 3D model in one shot. Pretty cool. 😎

Modern market research is all about speed. Brands are skipping focus groups entirely, having AI generate hundreds of image variations, and letting Facebook ads CTR decide what people actually want.

It’s pretty cheeky that Grok Bot doesn’t know its own weekly usage limits. Give me visibility into that meter and I’ll have a subsidiary bot grinding side-quests until the exact millisecond the rate limit hammer drops.

I built a tiny satellite tracker for my desk 🛰️ ESP32-S3 + real-time orbital data: the ISS and 6 other satellites, live over a world map, plus a radar for the next pass over my city. The case is 3D printed, and the solar panels will soon turn with servos. Built with Grok Bot 🤖

The cheese-stuffed crust was patented in 1987. It was pitched to every major pizza chain. Nobody licensed it. Eight years later, Pizza Hut launched Stuffed Crust, and defeated a $1B patent lawsuit. Today, cheesy stuffed crust is a multi-billion-dollar global industry.

Hardware is starting to move at the speed of software.
Claude Opus 5.5 designed a robot dog from scratch. Every part, every wire, the path planner. 618 parts. 62 cable runs, each one going to a real connector. Watch what it does when a crate drops in its way.
