This is craazy. I asked one of our PhD engineers to look into NEAR *Confidential* Intents wondering how they designed their system. Unredacted, word-for-word, this was his answer 😱😱😱
"Everything I found out about the privacy claims and confidential intents is so bad that it seems almost comical and I cannot believe what I am seeing. Apparently they run a completely separate instance of the protocol, which is called FAR (as an opposite to NEAR), and that has a permissioned operator set. The entire confidentiality claim seems to rest upon the fact that it is a permissioned chain and the nodes are trusted to keep things private, there doesn't seem to be any deep technology behind it and it also does not seem to be open source. The entities running the nodes are also not publicly known.
I almost feel weird writing this because it is so absurdly bad that it feels like ... I don't know ... a simulation? I know the usual level of overpromising in Web3 but this is so many levels beyond believable that it still feels unreal."
🚨 France is finished. Unless Macron sends in the military.
This isn't a "protest" this is the end result of the Red / Green alliance. Radical leftists plus Islamist migrants.
This is what is coming to America if Democrats regain power. Vote accordingly.

I can’t wait for the day I can ditch my legacy carrier and switch to Starlink Mobile. If SpaceX delivers what it’s working toward, I honestly can’t see why I’d choose another carrier.
I just want my phone to work, whether I’m at home, on a road trip, or somewhere remote with my family. Being able to pull up directions, reach someone, or share a moment without worrying about losing service would make a real difference to me.
And there’s a lot more behind this than the idea of connecting a phone to a satellite. SpaceX just agreed to buy nationwide 800 MHz airwaves from Grain Management. Those lower-frequency signals can travel farther and get through walls more easily, which matters when you’re trying to build a service people can rely on indoors, too.
The plan is to combine satellites with a mobile network on the ground. SpaceX also has approval to deploy 15,000 next-generation mobile satellites, and the company says its future system will offer more than 100 times the bandwidth of the current generation.
Of course, the price, speed, and reliability will matter. I’m not switching just for a different name on my phone. But if SpaceX gives me dependable everyday service, fewer dead zones, and a fair price, I’d have a hard time finding a reason to stay with anyone else.
If I were a betting man, I wouldn’t be betting against Starlink becoming the #1 mobile service carrier in the world one day.

AT&T’s defense against Starlink was simple: satellites can’t penetrate walls.
They were right on the physics. At 2 GHz (15 cm wavelength), concrete and low-E glass cause 25–30 dB of dielectric attenuation, a 99.9% power drop that kills any orbital signal indoors.
SpaceX’s acquisition of 800 MHz spectrum stretches the wavelength to 37.5 cm. Attenuation drops to 8–12 dB, and diffraction around structural frames scales with wavelength.
I think the game didn’t just change. It ended.
We announced an agreement to acquire a nationwide low-band spectrum license portfolio that will pave the way for @Starlink to become a major mobile carrier in the US.
With this new spectrum and our Gen2 constellation, Starlink Mobile can ensure Americans have access to high-speed mobile broadband no matter where they are → spacex.com/updates#starlink-…

Today I call upon the blockchain industry to calmly begin planning for "bunker mode". My personal recommendation is to set in motion a controlled mass migration of assets to fresh addresses, i.e. addresses whose pubkeys remain hidden behind a hash.
Holders, starting with large and sophisticated ones, should consider moving the bulk of their funds to addresses that have never signed a transaction. And when they do sign one, they should also move remaining funds to a new address (possibly generated from the same seed phrase).
Don't rush. While I believe there is cause for action a rushed migration would do more harm than good. Don't panic either. Moving assets to protected addresses is a simple, preventative step which does not require new cryptography or new wallets.
IMO it is now reasonable to brace for the possibility that ECDSA breaks before qday, in the worst case in months not years. By "break" I mean fast private key recovery (e.g. in one week) on available hardware (e.g. a large GPU cluster).
Recent days have been humbling for human mathematical intuition. Long-held, unquestioned hypotheses have fallen. This includes the n log(n) bound for integer multiplication and the 3SUM conjecture. In hindsight, May's unexpected disproof of the Erdős unit distance conjecture was our warning shot.
Yesterday's OpenAI drop made it clear that mathematical superintelligence is upon us. They say there are weeks where decades happen. We are about to live through weeks where centuries of mathematical progress happen. Could our magic 64-byte ECDSA signatures be too good to be true? Was it just security through obscurity all this time?
Elliptic curves feel especially vulnerable to superintelligence. Curves carry rich structure, with room for fancy tricks like Schoof, Frobenius, pairings. (By contrast, hashes are designed to minimise algebraic structure.)
Separately, as Ewin Tang can attest, an efficient quantum algorithm sometimes foreshadows an efficient classical one. We should be open to the possibility of a classical counterpart to Shor that breaks elliptic curves and RSA at once.
Also noteworthy is the striking under-representation of cryptographic breakthroughs among the 722 mathematical results OpenAI published. I've witnessed first-hand the US government censoring academic quantum cryptanalysis results. Backroom interventionism is my base case.
I urge large, sophisticated actors to lead by example. Project11's "risq list" (bitcoin-risq-list.projecteleven[.]com) is a great tracker of exposed BTC pubkeys. Binance, Bitbank, Robinhood, Bitfinex, and Tether have an opportunity to harden their cold storage. Next month I'll address institutions in London in a live Q&A (forum.ethereuminstitutional[.]org/london-2026).
Again, please do not rush. Wallets holding under 50 BTC enjoy partial cover from "Satoshi's shield", i.e. his 20K exposed addresses that hold 50 BTC each. Load-bearing signers like oracles and L2 security councils should consider rotating ECDSA pubkeys with every signed message and/or multi-signing with a hash-based schemes like SPHINCS.
Exiting bunker mode safely will require post-AI cryptography. My inclination is to go all-in on hash-based cryptography and avoid structured mathematical assumptions entirely, whether from curves, lattices, or isogenies. A single battle-tested hash (e.g. from the SHA or BLAKE families) yields plausible post-AI security.
The Ethereum roadmap on strawmap[.]org fully embraces hash-based cryptography with end-to-end formal verification as a response to the quantum threat. Those timelines must now be revisited and accelerated in light of mathematical superintelligence. I'll be pushing for maximum defensive acceleration.

I think Wall Street is sleeping on what is happening with Optimus right now.
Look at all the signals together:
1- Tesla went from producing only a few dozen Optimus robots per week in Q2 to several hundred per week in August, with a target of more than 1,000/week.
2- Tesla is actively auditing and placing orders with suppliers for actuators, joints and other Optimus components as it builds out the supply chain for mass production.
3- Tesla is hiring engineers specifically to install, commission and ramp high-volume Optimus general-assembly lines.
4- They are doing the same thing for the most difficult part of the robot, the hands, with dedicated production lines being installed.
5- A dedicated massive Optimus factory is going up incredibly fast at Giga Texas.
6- And now Elon says Tesla actually reduced the memory in AI5 and AI6 because the previous configuration would limit how many Optimus compute systems they could build. That is a supply constraint you worry about when you are planning enormous volume, not a few thousand prototypes.
Put all of this together and the Optimus production ramp is no longer some distant promise. It is already starting and that raises a much bigger question … why would Tesla be spending this much money, locking down suppliers, redesigning compute around component availability, and commissioning high-volume production lines if it didn’t believe Optimus V3 had reached a level of mobility, dexterity and usefulness that justified scaling it?
IMO, Wall Street is still focused overwhelmingly on automotive EPS and robotaxis and is seriously underestimating what it would mean if Optimus is crossing that line right now. #Tesla #Optimus

SpaceX and Tesla will win because they will own the most compute
xAI will beat Anthropic and OpenAI because they will acquire the most compute
Tesla Optimus will win because they will have more compute than Figure and Chinese competitors
Cybercab and Robotaxis will win because they will have more compute than Waymo and other competitors
And in the long-run, SpaceX and Tesla will win because they will own the chips via Terrafab, the connectivity via Starlink and the access to Space via Starship
There are not many moats left in enterprises, but SpaceX and Tesla continue to own the biggest ones because they focus on doing the hardest things
This is why Spacex and Tesla (likely merged at some point) will become a $100T company in the years (decades) to come
@elonmusk is thinking in decades, not months like most other companies
The biggest moat in the world right now is access to COMPUTE
Meta's new Muse agent hasn't even hit 1 million users and it's struggling to serve them
Whether the compute is used for better models, better products, replacing digital labour or even physical labour, its compute that makes it work
If you can't get compute (which is the most in demand / scarce product in the world right now), then you can't function
I don't think the market fully understands this yet. The winners in AI won't just be whoever has the best model, it'll be whoever can actually SERVE it
Elon definitely understands this and it's why I think SpaceX and Tesla win in the long run:
SpaceX went from 400MW of compute a year ago to 1.4GW by June, and expects 2GW+ by year end and 10GW by EOY 2027 (wow)
OpenAI and Anthropic are also doing everything they can to buy more compute and they are expected to take on 50% of all the new compute that comes online in 2027
Whoever gets the most of that compute wins, plain and simple
I dont hold $SPCX in my portfolio becuase of rockets, I hold it becuase I think they will own the most compute by the end of next year. A big part of my portoflio is positioned around this.

#Fauda

Yesterday, a film accusing Israel of genocide premiered.
It’s a horrific blood libel against our sons and daughters. What makes it especially painful and infuriating is that this lie comes from Israeli filmmakers and is now being spread around the world.
Let’s get the facts straight:
On October 7th, Hamas invaded Israel to murder Jews. Hamas terrorists slaughtered children in front of their parents and parents in front of their children. They burned homes, raped women, and kidnapped babies, children and elderly people.
Then Hamas fled back to Gaza and deliberately hid behind its own civilians, using them as human shields in homes, schools, and hospitals.
And when Israel fights back, and civilians are tragically killed in this terrible war, Israel is accused of “genocide.”
There is no magic button that can destroy Hamas, or any terrorist organization hiding behind civilians, without harming a single civilian. It simply does not exist.
In interviews with the international media, I always ask: “What would you do?”
They never have an answer.
If Israel wanted to hurt the people of Gaza, we would not send our sons and daughters to fight house to house, through alleyways and tunnels, at the terrible cost of our own soldiers being killed and wounded.
We would not warn civilians before strikes and evacuate them from combat zones.
We would not help vaccinate hundreds of thousands of children in Gaza against polio.
The war in Gaza is terrible. The death of every child is a tragedy.
But a terrible war is not genocide.
Even now, Hamas doesn’t regret October 7th. It’s rearming and waiting for another opportunity to carry out a massacre.
The people standing between us and that next massacre are our soldiers and reservists. Our sons and daughters who put their lives at risk so that we can live here safely.
I love them.
I am proud of them.
And I am deeply grateful to them.
To portray them as perpetrators of “genocide” is not courageous art.
It is a cowardly blood libel.
And I will not remain silent.

This was, once again, the best quarter in Palantir's history.
These numbers are not just mind blowing, the execution to achieve these results is fundamentally separating Palantir from every single other company on Planet Earth.
The market wants to know AI will change the world, not just pump tokens for the sake of it.
Palantir is the company bridging the gap between the value that AI promises and the infrastructure needed to unlock it and these results highlight how seriously Palantir embraces the burden of value creation.
Congrats to all investors who have been on the journey and a big thank you to all the employees who have worked so hard to deliver the results needed to make AI meaningful in the real world.
