“I’ve come to the conclusion that the reason all rival fans hate Liverpool despite us spending £450 million is because they’re afraid of what happens when the team finally clicks. Because once we do, we’re going to be unstoppable.” #YNWA
Can we buy Nico Williams back, and take Gakpo back to the left #LIVFOR
Can Iraola just start Endo as a DM and stop this double pivot with DOM. Start a natural CDM, and let the attacking midfielders do their work #LIVFOR
I feel bad for Isak, he can’t be fully involved if the team is not involving him. We don’t have the kind of midfield that can work for him. Liverpool doesn’t really play with a box2box 9, we play better with a 9 who can link up and involve in play. Like Firmino & Eketike. #LIVFOR
“I really don’t want Liverpool to sink any further before Slot gets fired, because it will be too hard to catch up with the others. And it doesn’t seem like FSG is going to sack him yet. So I pray we get things back on track and he keeps his job. Last season he said his mistake was not rotating players enough, but this year his rotation and substitutions have been poor. If you ask me, I don’t think he’s the man for the job, but I want a turnaround ASAP.” #YNWA @LFC

I didn’t come to the UK to survive. I came here to thrive, develop, and grow, and my MSc paved the way for that. The job advert I applied for specifically required an MSc in project management or equivalent, not a driver’s license. A driver’s license wouldn’t have secured me a project manager role in one of the largest GP practices in the UK.
The only thing I did with my driver’s license in 2023 was a care job while I was still in school.
Yes, a lot of people came here just to survive, but I had bigger goals and additional motivation.
It is incredibly disrespectful to compare an MSc with a driver’s license. What is wrong with you people?

People in my circle are not surviving by chasing auto or manual licenses to stay back in the country. I guess this has a massive effect on how ambitious you are as an individual. I got my license on 7 July 2023 while I was in school and I did domiciliary care with it until the end of 2023. I had the option of getting a COS from my employer at the time but I turned it down.
I paid £15,000 for my tuition and I was willing to work really hard to experience breakthrough. At the time, I was living with my brother and I saw firsthand how he would be awake at 3am honing his skills and enrolling in additional courses just to gain employment. I would listen while he attended interviews in his room and all I wanted was to smash interviews like him. Today, he is a cybersecurity expert with the NHS. One of my friends in school got a project management job before we even graduated, and he was sponsored right away. I have a friend who is a top graphic designer and earns really well.
So you see, I cannot afford to not succeed. I cannot afford to not get a job that aligns with what I studied in school. The greatness of those around me has just rubbed off on me.
So my mode of survival might simply be different from that of others.
For me, there is no basis for comparison when talking about a driver’s license and an MSc.

You can never compare a DL with MSC 100%. But in the survival phase, the most important thing is to be able to stay in the UK and your DL will probably get you a COS faster than a grad job, irony is in the UK, apprenticeship > MSC for starters

Learn how to drive.
But before you drive, you must pass:

✅ Practical Test
Make I show you how to pass theory 👌🏿
