So @taylorswift13 was epic but the crowd were not… I have never dealt with such nasty people before. I had to keep going the toilet and was treated with contempt whenever I went back to my spot. Despite explaining I have a medical condition. 1/3

The worst part about ADHD task paralysis is that you're fully aware it's irrational. You know the task will only take 10 minutes. You know you'll feel better once it's done. You know avoiding it is making you miserable. And your brain still won't let you start.

Currently on a hot @avantiwestcoast train that is packed due to them cancelling trains the day before manc marathon!!!! These conditions are not appropriate for anyone, let alone those who have children or health conditions. One person has collapsed causing the train to stop!

Can you imagine having anxiety & depression but then also having the responsibility of a whole other human 24/7… Thinking about what they want to eat when you can’t even eat, having to get them ready to go outside when you don’t even want to leave the house. It’s A LOT! To the mom who is going through it right now, well done for showing up even on your darkest days. I just want you to know tough days never last, I promise.

From today, if you claim universal credit health element you’ll receive half what a current claimant does. The Dwp claims this is to “encourage” people into work, but these are people who are too sick to work. The DWP knows this. Sadly, this is not an April fool.

You can dismiss neurodivergent people all you want, it still won't magically get them in employment. A lot of companies do not want to hire people who need additional support or accommodations. Which is why unemployment will only continue to grow. It really isn't rocket science.

the worst part is how many of these women spent their entire childhood being called "too sensitive" or "dramatic" or "she just needs to try harder" when the whole time their brain was literally wired differently. decades of masking and overcompensating until their body finally says "i can't keep pretending this is fine" and the real answer was there the whole time just buried under everyone else's expectations
