$SPCX is exploring a massive $40 billion financing deal to buy $NVDA AI chips, marking one of the largest debt packages ever tied to the AI buildout. The early-stage talks involve raising around $10 billion in bank loans and $30 billion in investment-grade debt. Apollo is expected to lead the placement alongside participating asset managers like PIMCO. While discussions are still preliminary and could fall through, a potential closing is anticipated around 2027. What do you think dear trader, investor?

The insider trading scandal just got worse. It wasn't just oil. Someone also made a massive unexplained trade on the S&P 500 exactly 15 minutes before Trump's Iran war tweet. Hundreds of millions of dollars made in minutes. They knew exactly what he was going to say.

🚨This is so much worse than you think. > Amazon laid off 30,000 engineers. Then told the ones who survived that their bonuses depend on how much they use AI to write code. So engineers started using AI to push changes faster, because their paycheck literally depends on it. > And then the site went down. Multiple times. Amazon's own shopping app broke because AI-generated code got pushed to production. > So what did management do? Did they take responsibility for forcing engineers to use AI they weren't ready for? Did they admit they created the problem? No. They called a mandatory meeting and blamed the engineers. > AI is powerful enough to replace engineers, we've been saying that all day. But it's not powerful enough to replace quality control AND common sense all at once. Amazon proved that executives who don't understand AI are more dangerous than the AI itself. And every company rushing to do the same thing is watching this and learning absolutely nothing.
BREAKING: Amazon reportedly holds mandatory meeting after “vibe coded” changes trigger major outages.

Market Wizard Linda Raschke's 12 Technical Trading Rules 1. Buy the first pullback after a new high. Sell the first rally after a new low. 2. Afternoon strength or weakness should have follow‑through the next day. 3. The best trading reversals occur in the morning, not the afternoon. 4. The larger the market gaps, the greater the odds of continuation and a trend. 5. The way the market trades around the previous day’s high or low is a good indicator of the market’s technical strength or weakness. 6. The previous day’s high and low are two very important “pivot” points, for this was the definitive point where buyers or sellers came in the day before. Look for the market to either test and reverse off these points, or push through and show signs of continuation. 7. The last hour often tells the truth about how strong a trend truly is. “Smart money” shows their hand in the last hour, continuing to mark positions in their favor. As long as a market is having consecutive strong closes, look for the up‑trend to continue. The up‑trend is most likely to end when there is a morning rally first, followed by a weak close. 8. High volume on the close implies continuity the next morning in the direction of the last half‑hour. In a strongly trending market, look for resumption of the trend in the last hour. 9. The first hour’s range establishes the framework for the rest of the trading day. 10. A greater percentage of the day’s range occurs in the first hour than was the case in the past, and thus it has become increasingly important to trade aggressively if there are early signs of a strong trend for the day. 11. There are four basic principles of price behavior which have held up over time. Confidence that a type of price action is a true principle is what allows a trader to develop a systematic approach. The following four principles can be modeled and quantified and hold true for all time frames, all markets. The majority of patterns or systems that have a demonstrable edge are based on one of these four enduring principles of price behavior. Charles Dow was one of the first to touch on them in his writings. Principle One: A Trend Has a Higher Probability of Continuation than Reversal Principle Two: Momentum Precedes Price Principle Three: Trends End in a Climax Principle Four: The Market Alternates between Range Expansion and Range Contraction In the world of money, which is a world shaped by human behavior, nobody has the foggiest notion of what will happen in the future. Mark that word – Nobody! Thus the successful trader does not base moves on what supposedly will happen but reacts instead to what does happen.

Minervini's position sizing rules are truly simple and effective. This is why he survives bear markets and makes the most in bull markets. Position Sizing really is King.

The willingness to change your mind is your superpower as an investor. All the best investors I know change their minds often in response to new information. It’s like a software update. The goal is not to be right. It’s to find the truth and make better investment decisions.

I quit gambling on 0DTEs and hit a 9-month win streak. Here’s how. Step 1: Stop buying options.   Step 2: Start selling them.   Step 3: Only trade on red days.   Step 4: Pick 3–5 core stocks.   Step 5: Check IV is above 50%.   Step 6: Go 30 days out.   Step 7: Sell 5–10% OTM.   Step 8: Target 5% return minimum.   Step 9: Set 50% profit alert.   Step 10: Close app after entry. Consistency beats heroics—every single time.

Nobody watches VVIX. That's why it's useful. $VIX is at 26.6. Elevated but not panic. Most traders stop there. VVIX is at 115.9. That's 79th percentile historically. It means options traders expect $VIX itself to make a violent move from here. The tell is $HYG. Credit is only down 0.17% while small caps are getting destroyed at -2.3%. Credit hasn't repriced this growth scare yet. When credit catches up to equities, that's when the real vol event hits. VVIX is already front-running it. Oil up 11% on the day. Gold above $5,100. Equities bleeding. This is a stagflation cocktail and credit is sitting there pretending everything's fine. If you're running normal position sizes right now, VVIX is telling you you're wrong. Has anyone here actually traded a VVIX divergence before?

The Only EMA System You’ll Ever Need (Used the Right Way) Price doesn’t “respect” indicators. It respects the average cost of smart money. That’s all EMAs are. EMA = context, not magic. • EMA 9 → Intraday traders • EMA 21 → Swing traders • EMA 50 → Trend traders • EMA 200 → Investors & big trends Different EMAs = different players. Market control rule: Price above EMA → Buyers in control Price below EMA → Sellers in control High-probability filter: ✔ Price above 200 EMA ✔ 21 EMA above 50 EMA ✔ Pullback toward 21 EMA ✔ Volume dries up on pullback ✔ Buy only on bullish candle near 21 EMA Trend phases: 1️⃣ Initiation 2️⃣ EMA pullback 3️⃣ Momentum expansion 4️⃣ Weakness (stop chasing) Exit like a pro: • Take partials at 1:2 RR • Move stop to breakeven • Trail with 21 EMA • Exit fully if price closes below 50 EMA EMAs don’t predict. They protect you from bad trades. Trade with context. Stay patient.
