Our workflow creates a ton of simulators; it’s crazy that Apple is not optimising how simulators work. Each simulator still owns its own Siri model, etc. Completely useless and a waste of space.
To be honest - I'm soo happy I bought earlier MBP with M5 Pro 😍
I expected more. Design is almost the same, display was already great, touch as a secondary input is fine but they advertise is like it is 2010 🤷♂️
And dynamic island without FaceID - rather useless 🤔
The only thing I worry is that it would make UI elements *even bigger* than now, because developers would suddenly think that every app needs to support touch fully 😒
I don't think they would have to even discuss it 🤷♂️ Touch is a secondary input method on Windows laptops for years and at the end, it never hurt nobody.
It is genuinely useful to scroll by finger from time to time, or tap some button instead of having to drag a cursor there.
It is barely over a week that apps even can be submitted for the Duo support.
Of course Marques tested what he had, so at day one it still be relatively rough but thousands of apps should be updated at day one already.
Those big ones though... they might struggle.
Why Device Hub is not at least sorting properly simulators that are not available? 🤔 Currently I have only iOS 27.2 and 26.5 simulators installed - so all other simulators should be in the “Unavailable” section, right?

This is a step backwards. The red background was at least distinctive. What are we doing here?
