The honeymoon period for Robinhood Chain is well and truly over.
Don't get me wrong, they put in a massive amount of work. Every important partner live on day 1, excellent comms from management. Best L2 launch we've had in years, and it shows in how long the honeymoon lasted compared to Arc's 48 hours.
Thet captured the attention of traders, devs and CT excellently throughout the summer.
But the harder work is ahead. Volume is a great attention metric. Now comes the technical, slow, arguably more boring side. Builders want chain upgrades, traders want listings and new ideas deployed.
Base has been doing exactly this for months: chain upgrades, a better stock token model, among other things.
So ask yourself, who cares more about their chain over a long time horizon?

We’ve simplified the @Veildotcash withdrawal flow.
Previously, there were two options:
Withdraw — leave the privacy pool without linking your deposit and withdrawal
Transfer — send funds privately to another Veil user without leaving the pool
Because most users want to withdraw and “Transfer” led some to think they needed to set up a receiving address—we’ve made Withdraw the default.
Internal transfers are still available via the gear icon.

🇺🇸 USA: Quantinuum Helios. 98 trapped ion qubits, 99.921% two-qubit fidelity, the most accurate commercial quantum computer ever built. It turned 98 physical qubits into 94 logical ones. Superconducting rival IBM holds the size record: 1,121 qubits.
🇨🇳 China: Jiuzhang 4.0. A photonic machine that fires 1,024 squeezed light states and finishes a sampling task in 25.6 microseconds. Their estimate for a classical supercomputer: 10^42 years. For gate based computing, Origin's Wukong 180 runs 180 qubits on a fully domestic supply chain.
🇨🇦 Canada: Xanadu's Aurora. 12 logical qubits in photonics, the first large scale logical qubit demo using light. Went public on Nasdaq this year.
🇯🇵 Japan: the Fujitsu-RIKEN machine. 256 superconducting qubits today, with a 1,000-qubit system installing this year and 10,000 targeted by 2030.
🇫🇮 Finland: IQM's 54 qubit systems, the most deployed quantum computer in Europe. Just went public via SPAC in June.
🇦🇺 Australia: Silicon Quantum Computing's atom machines. Individual phosphorus atoms placed in silicon with sub-nanometer precision, the most exact qubit fabrication on earth. Australia landed 2 of the 11 spots in DARPA's fault-tolerance program.
Notice something interesting, six countries, six different answers to "best" accuracy, raw speed, photonic logic, size roadmap, deployment count, atomic precision.
Nobody agrees on a single winning strategy. This will get very interesting.

We shipped what we call the Multi-Asset Pool.
Previously, we had to deploy a new pool for each asset on @Veildotcash. Days of work per token.
Now one pool handles multiple ERC20 and B20 tokens. We can activate new assets in minutes.
We started with five tokens:
$VEIL - (obviously).
$cbBTC - biggest volume token on Base.
$AERO - where our LP sits (@aeroxyz)
$VVV - @AskVenice - private inference + private token makes sense.
$BNKR - @bankrbot because its the greatest agent on @base.
Stock tokens coming over the next few days, letting people trade stocks privately on Base.
Currently permissioned, but we're exploring ways to open it up.
