Great work deserves to be understood🦋✨
At Lenora, we believe your story, positioning, and communication should reflect the value you bring for the right opportunities to find their way to you.
That's our mission; helping founders and professionals build personal brands that communicate their value with clarity and intention.

We went down a little rabbit hole about influence, and naturally, we turned it into a playbook. 😂
Building Influence in 100 Attempts explores how to communicate your ideas, tell your story, and build influence around your work.
We took this side quest to Moonshot. Thought we’d let you in on it, too.
Save for later. 🦋
If an opportunity came up tomorrow, how many people outside your immediate circle could get you in the room?
Rate your influence from 1–10 and drop your score in the comments. 👀
We’ll be asking people the same question at Moonshot and sharing our Building Influence in 100 Attempts playbook.
See you there! 🦋
Your work can be excellent and still go unrewarded.
Because doing great work and getting opportunities from it are two different things.✨🦋
Influence bridges that gap.
It helps the right people know your work, trust your abilities, and recommend you for opportunities you may never hear about otherwise.
We’re helping people explore how to build it with our playbook, Build Your Influence in 100 Attempts with Lenora, live at Moonshot.🚀
See you there!🧡

Today, for me, was one of those days where it feels like you’ve just had the best use of your working hours. WOWZERS!
I was at Builders Room with @joinSlowCo earlier today and the concept of coworking with really really cool builders and then yapping with each other after was so cool.
While co-working, I attended a 2.5hr long training on Company Tax for @workwithlenora
Also hopped on a discovery call with a Senior Product Designer we will be onboarding soon to help him tell his stories the right way.
I had a coaching session with one of my apprentices.🥹
I briefly joined accountability session for a paid freelancer club I just joined recently.
Then the session I just finished facilitating was just so juicy ughhhhh.
I’m so mentally stimulated by my work life omg!!!
When I tell y’all that I have the best job, it’s because it gives me a life where I’m challenged enough to keep growing, surrounded by people who are doing interesting things, trusted to create learning models for sharing my expertise, and I have manyyyyy opportunities to help other people become better at what they do.
I’m soooooo grateful mahn!! Day one!🥹🧡

I spent an entire day researching/reviewing this and I’m coming out of hibernation to write an essay analyzing the communication strategy.
Would be useful for every corporate professional who wants to tell their own stories better.
Would y’all like to read?
The founder of Flutterwave wrote a full essay to explain the work going on internally and you as a corporate person think you should let your work speak for itself??!
Please book strategic communication sessions with @workwithlenora o
We’ve been preaching this for years and just recently evolved to offer consultation sessions.

Last week, I attended a 2-day intensive customer acquisition training with @TByusuff, sponsored by Akin Alabi, and it was SO practical and amazing.
I learned a lot about designing winning offers, how to analyze data from ads campaign, and immediately put together an audience intelligence report for @workwithlenora.
We now have better clarity on our audience segments, the messaging territories to dominate, and the offers that resonate with each.
Fun fact: I almost missed the training because my confirmation email went to spam. I had to DM Toheeb on Tuesday night to hustle a spot, only for him to tell me I’d already been selected. (Once again, my audacity & conviction never fails me🙏🏽)
Honestly, I’m so grateful for how Lenora keeps stretching me, the knowledge I’m acquiring, and the person I’m becoming in the process.
Here’s to learning more, applying better, and doing phenomenal things ahead.
It’s forever Day One!! 🦋
