I asked Fredonia Mining, a company with a PEA-stage gold-silver asset in Argentina, how clean the ownership title is right now, and whether there is any risk of someone coming out of the woodwork to claim part of the deposit as the project grows.
Title issues often stay quiet while a project is small but then once it moves forward and the value becomes more visible, historical claims, old option agreements, or third parties can surface.
Asking how clean the ownership is today (and whether management sees any residual risk from past happenings) is important.
What else could/should I have asked $FRED.V here?

🚨 B2GOLD (BTG): THE OPPORTUNITY WE FLAGGED IS STARTING TO WAKE UP
Some time ago, we pointed out that B2Gold, at the prices it was trading at, represented an exceptional investment opportunity.
Today, while much of the mining sector is once again under pressure, BTG is up more than 3% and is beginning to show relative strength.
But the really interesting part is in the chart.
My Elliott Wave analysis, comparing B2Gold against GDX, XAU, and even SIL (silver miners), points to a surprising conclusion:
B2Gold could outperform even the silver mining sector during the next bull market.
The BTG/SIL chart shows a long-term corrective structure that may be approaching completion, while momentum is beginning to recover from extremely depressed levels.
We still need technical confirmation, but the first signs of a potential trend reversal are already emerging.
And here's the important part: I believe it's still not too late to take a position in B2Gold. The opportunity may be far from over.
The market may finally be starting to recognize what valuations have been suggesting for quite some time.
