I’ve had something on my mind for a bit now, but haven’t had time to write about it so bear with me. As a nurse I see a lot of people with mental illness and he problems that stem from it. Helping those with depression and mental illness in general is something I hold very close.

Missed out on Mestemaker, Becker and the top two EDGES, but got a QB, another WR, a beast to tote the rock with Braelon. Added to DEF, and shored up the IOL. Unrelated: it’s like August 2025 all over again as I’m pulled back in to Chiles and Sellers

I have slight beef with millennial parents’ approach to trick-or-treating — both parents go with the kids, which on its face is sweet but in reality means our street with 30+ kids is entirely dead we now have a reputation as a street no one bothers with because no one is home to hand out candy!!! figure out shift work or something, friends!

I think the Reds should be contacting 2 teams about Elly and each team has them moving forward in completely different directions imo. If they are willing to spend now and bring some guys in, contact the Red Sox and offer Elly for Tolle or Roman, Arias and more. If you arent going to spend now, call LA and offer him for JDP and the big prospect package. Sell Steer, Bleday, Lodolo, Abbott off and start at the bottom.

Someone gets it. Wilyer and Bennett arent going to move the needle for the Reds. It starts with Tolle or Anthony and Arias, then 2 more top prospects at least.

Wilyer, arias and (kinda) Bennett are all fine players and decent assets but not one of them is someone who the Reds could convince themselves or their fans that they will change the teams fortunes enough to move on from a generational superstar. You’re kidding yourselves.

Idk man, if I’m a prospective GM looking at the Colts job, I’m pretty sure I’d rather have a HoF offensive lineman in his age 31 season than I would a 3 & a 5. Indy almost definitely would have received a comp 3 by just letting Q walk in the offseason… this is stupid.
