There are many posts about people's criteria on whether they follow someone on X. Below is what I believe to be the most important. - Do they demonstrate critical thinking skills? This can be seen in how they chain their thoughts together and arrive at THEIR conclusion. - Do they have their ego under control? This can be seen if they refrain from emotional outbursts and resorting to labeling as a means of communication. They are open to being wrong. One's ego is the source of so much suffering. - Do they say things with respect? The world can use a little more respect for our elders, for a uniform, and in general, respect for our fellow human. However, it is important to be reminded that respect is something that may be given initially but can be quickly taken by what one says and does. - Do they have courage or the self-confidence to say what is perhaps not popular? This is a big one. In today's digital world, it is easy to be bullied in to silence. It takes a special person to speak out in such an environment. So, what about you? What are your criteria? Please criticize mine as we can all stand to be less wrong and only through thoughtful, well-constructed, non-egotistical and respectful dialogue will this be achieved. Thanks for reading and Happy Monday! 😀

FSD is driving sales at Tesla now. “Significant margin” between demand and production capacity. Hopefully Tesla can ramp up quickly as Elon mentioned in the earnings call. $TSLA
JUST IN: Elon Musk reveals Tesla vehicle demand is exceeding production by a “significant margin,” driven by surging interest in Full Self-Driving technology.

This account just ruined my free egg breakfast at the occasional hotels I stay at.
The scrambled eggs at a hotel breakfast are 19% water, and they're dyed. A lot of hotels and cafeterias pour them from a carton of Papetti's Breakfast Blend. The spec sheet reads whole eggs, 19% water, then under 2% of salt, xanthan gum, citric acid, annatto color and natural butter flavor. Papetti's is part of Michael Foods, one of the biggest egg processors in the country. Every ingredient has a job on a steam table. Xanthan gum holds the added water in the egg so it doesn't weep into the pan. Citric acid keeps the eggs from turning gray or green under a heat lamp. Annatto puts back the yolk color the water washed out. The butter flavor is there because nobody is going to add butter. The carton keeps for 98 days in the cooler. The plain version from the same company is whole eggs, whey, skim milk, xanthan and citric acid, with almost no added water and half the sodium.

France, Italy, Germany, now Spain. When you have open borders and let in many military aged men from another country that does not respect your culture, customs/way of life, this is the outcome. This is common sense. Which country is next? 🤔
Barcelona doesn't sleep, shop windows smashed, stores looted, street on fire. The apocalypse has arrived in Spain too.

Now ask yourself, if these ten groups are against the merger, maybe you are right to be for it. Makes sense? Sign here -> surveymonkey.com/r/mergealre…
I get asked who would be against this merger, here is Grok listing the ten major oppositions:

All shareholders matter! Including Shareholders outside the US. We want your signatures. The Board and Special committee represent you too. Please repost far and wide. Tesla has a global shareholder base. If you can’t vote yourself because of foreign account restrictions - but will indicate wishes to your broker - add that in the comment on the bottom.
It’s Go Time. Want to see what Tesla/SpaceXSI can do together? Want to remove the red tape slowing Elon Musk down? Tell the Board and Special Committees! Sign the Joint Shareholder Letter asking for expeditious work on a Merger.

Elon Musk during the Tesla Q3 earnings call said a lot of things but this is the quote that stood out to me the most. “So in a nutshell, after many years of sort of grind and things being fairly flat, I think we’re now headed for a lot of fun and significant growth.”

I know people will file this post under “just one more year” for Tesla but imagine this time next year. Megapack would have scaled to significant production capacity. Robotaxi will be in many cities flooding the streets. Semis everywhere on the highways. FSD take rate nears 90+%. It basically becomes silly to buy a vehicle that you have to drive yourself. That’s so early 2020s. Optimus production is in the thousands per week. What will Tesla’s revenue look like at that time? 🤔 $TSLA

I just filled it out. Please sign this if you want a $TSLA and $SPCX merger. Even if you currently feel that you do not want a merger, at least get to the point of seeing what the offering is before making that final decision. You might be pleasantly surprised. Let’s get this done and usher in an age of abundance the likes of which humanity has never experienced. Tell anyone you know about this that owns $TSLA shares. Every share is a vote. Every vote matters.
🚨✍️ Calling on the Tesla Board & Special Committee to pursue a merger with SpaceX. The shareholder letter is live. Read it and sign if you agree. Share it with friends & family. Thank you to @Amy787 for drafting this so well. surveymonkey.com/r/mergealre… We want the combined company focused on building, not bureaucracy.

I’ve noticed a trend. You can tell a lot about an individual’s happiness in life based on their reaction to the Tesla Roadster Event. Those that are happy find it to have been unbelievable and are awe inspired. Those that are unhappy typically say things like “what’s the point” and seem to believe that you either solve world hunger OR solve flying cars. You are the 5 people you surround yourself with the most. I choose happy people. 😊

In the not too distant future, there will be parking decks or garages full of an army of Model Ys & Cybercabs. A Grok Bot agent will monitor each Robotaxi area individually and gauge demand. That agent will then deploy Robotaxis as needed to fill that demand autonomously. It’s a wild time we live in. $TSLA
Tesla has just expanded its Robotaxi service area in Austin, Texas. The new service area now includes the area around Austin’s F1 racetrack, where 400,000 people will attend the race festivities this weekend. Tesla's Robotaxi service also now runs until 1 AM (from 12 AM before)

How to Have a Healthy Relationship with $TSLA If your first reaction after every earnings call is emotional, “why isn’t the stock moving the way I expected?”, and you start blaming the market, analysts, Elon, or short-term narratives, that relationship is on a path to divorce. It’s usually just a matter of time. Plenty of former “Tesla bulls” have fallen into this trap, eventually sold, and developed a lasting emotional scar from the experience. If instead your first reaction is, “The company is still executing and moving toward the long-term goals,” you’re far more likely to end up in a long, durable partnership that compounds wealth. I missed most of Amazon’s massive run because I didn’t have the time or the grit to stay the course through the dull years. $TSLA gives me a strong sense of déjà vu. Amazon’s stock didn’t reclaim its December 1999 peak until October 2009, roughly a decade later, even though the underlying business had grown enormously. Returns were modest overall and it was deemed a “lost decade” for the stock despite strong operational progress. Then, starting around 2009–2010, as AWS scaled, operating leverage improved, and free cash flow became more consistent (sound familiar?), the stock entered a multi-decade compounding phase that turned it into one of the greatest winners of the era. I believe $TSLA is entering the 2009-2010 phase of Amazon. Don’t be surprised if $TSLA ends up outperforming that Amazon comparison. Everyone has their own reasons for owning $TSLA, their own timeline, and their own capacity for patience. It’s perfectly fine if this particular stock isn’t the right fit for you. The smarter move is to figure that out early, be accountable, learn something about yourself in the process, and invest accordingly.

Cybercab had its first crash! WITH A POTHOLE! The media: Tesla Had A Crash and Needs to Be Cancelled.
Tesla has reported the first Cybercab crash to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). According to the report, a Cybercab was traveling at approximately 5 mph (8 km/h) when it drove into a large, water-filled pothole, causing damage to the vehicle. Personally, I don't think this incident should be viewed in the same way as a typical traffic accident. At the time, a safety monitor was inside the vehicle, and there were no passengers. While the vehicle sustained damage and the incident was officially reported as a crash, I believe it makes more sense to view this as an edge case encountered during autonomous driving development and testing. After all, identifying and learning from these unusual scenarios is an essential part of improving autonomous driving technology and making it safer and more reliable.

Tesla getting repriced.
$TSLA got 7 price target raises this morning. Zero cuts. Zero downgrades. - Piper Sandler: $475 (Overweight) - Mizuho: $460 (Outperform) - Canaccord: $442 (Buy) - JPMorgan: $430 (Neutral) - UBS: $425 (Neutral) - Morgan Stanley: $410 (from $400) - CLSA: $400, upgraded from Underperform to Hold TD Cowen reiterated Buy at $460. Goldman stayed Neutral at $360. My take? Wall Street saw what it's buying: 75%+ FSD attach rate on new North American deliveries, positive free cash flow, and the biggest backlog in 4 years 🔥🚀

Here is some fun math on why Tesla FSD adoption of 75% on new sales is a big deal for recurring revenue with every passing quarter/year. Elon said they are targeting 5 million vehicles/year production capability by 2030. In running some numbers with Grok, let us assume a 75% FSD adoption rate on new vehicle sales (I believe this number pushes closer to 90+% by 2030 but we will keep it conservative), the CAGR is 29.3% per year to reach 5 million vehicles, and FSD subscription remains at $99/month (it will likely increase), the annual recurring revenue from FSD ONLY would be $15-$25+ billion a year. For reference, Tesla’s TOTAL revenue in 2025 was about $95 billion. Wallstreet loves recurring, predictable revenue. This is going to get very interesting. $TSLA

If this is not the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard of then I don’t know what is.
The German “leadership” is spiraling out of control and now wants to force social media to display THE MESSAGE in every fifth post. This is not a joke: they literally want to force social media platforms to tell Germans they need to get urgently “diversified” away. While the madness spreads, the AfD keeps growing.
