Training forearms like crazy while your biceps and triceps are still underdeveloped is a crazy set of priorities.

180kg is serious weight for anyone, but she handled the set without making it look chaotic. This is what solid strength looks like when the technique and confidence are both there.

He’s not breaking the rules. He’s using them. Short limbs = shorter ROM + better squat leverage. The people crying about height are just looking for an excuse not to train harder than him.
60kg dwarf just squatted 220kg. Explain to me again how ‘leverage’ and ‘height’ matter more than actually training hard Just for context: Only about 1–5% of typical male gym bros can squat 220 kg. It is extraordinarily rare—effectively under 0.1% for a 60 kg dwarf to squat 220 kg. HE BROKE THE RULES!

One thing about calisthenics bros: they look funny until they start pulling off moves that defy human logic.

All this for core exercises? Be honest, this is for the attention and the reactions. A proper diet and basic core work would do the job.
Is this an effective core workout or an injury waiting to happen ?

Imagine telling a beginner he’ll look like this in two years if he just works hard enough. Some of you have absolutely no shame.
Under 2 years he was able to gain that much muscle and toned it up because he was consistent with his work, he didn’t stop. The results did not show in one year, it was years of hard work that brought him there, IF HE CAN YOU CAN!

The 705 is impressive. The patience to grind for almost a year just to move the bar another 5 is what most people don’t have.
705 lbs at 40-plus is serious strength. Adding 5 lbs after nearly a year shows how much patience and consistency matter in powerlifting.

Don’t be lazy with your triceps. You’re obviously doing nothing with these bench dips.
Bench dips: underrated triceps builder or an exercise you’d never bother with? Been adding them to my routine lately. Curious where people stand on these.

Matured minds will always choose stairmasters over treadmill.
Treadmills are a waste of time and energy. Stairmasters will forever be goated: legs and cardio at the same time.
