Having to move my family from Sligo to Dublin, double rent, double bills, utility deposits, IMC and indemnity dues - this is an expensive time of year for NCHDs. Great support from new employer & HSE by being emergency taxed for 2+ months & now today -not getting paid at all!๐๐ก
This is utterly unacceptable. Interns work stupid hours doing all the medical grunt work. Problems with pay happen at EVERY job changeover (ie every 3-6months) in some hospitals. And have done since before I graduated 20yrs ago. I think they get a kick out of it.

Mirrors the situation in general practice. EDโs and GP practices inadvertently causing each other to spiral downwards while bureaucracy/ health care management make a virtue out of ignoring the elephant in the room. The coming winter could cause both services to crash.@HSELive
One thing for responsible sane adult to own a gun (after medical and background checks with appropriate license) but do none of these people have an issue with small children being in these photos with dozens of guns? Easy to see why these shootings happen.
