Can we ask people to fill this in for our good friend (and honorary Harrier!) Paula please?

Calling all UK off road and #trailrunners! This is a really short survey about buying trail shoes - it would really help a friend if you could fill it in, thank you surveymonkey.co.uk/r/YMHRPNK #running #fellrunning

Today we took over Snowden Fields 97th Parkrun (Crowland, Lincolnshire). We had a great morning and this dog kindly helped us collect the markers in by picking one up whilst he was running! Well done to all runners, walkers and volunteers - Many Thanks @parkrun @parkrunUK

You are never too young to experience the joy of volunteering 🙌 Barking had this two year-old helping with finish tokens 😍 Is anyone else volunteering this weekend? 🌳 #loveparkrun

After 2 years, our 10k race is back again - who fancies a fast, flat, “ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT FOR A PB” course in South Lincolnshire on 2 October? If you’re not in London for the marathon, come and run this one instead! £18 or £20, chip timing, goody bags, food. Link in comments

Not only was this the longest run in yonks, more importantly for the first time EVER I managed to get a Hygge band to stay on my head over Aftershokz for the whole run (apologies for scary, skanky, post run selfie, but this represents a real achievement for me!)

We all know it’s not Christmas without Mystic Fish.... it’s the law in our family. Turns out it has a new role this year and would also undoubtedly be more efficient at Track and Trace.

Great article in yesterday’s Times Weekend on trainer lifespans. I’m sure many know this already but always worth a reminder to help prevent injuries @thetimes
