With the recent political changes in Texas, Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said on @1053thefan that he’s hopeful it will increase the chances of legalized sports gambling in the state.
Jones said he’s “apolitical.”

Jeremy Fowler on whether the #Cowboys might trade George Pickens before the trade deadline:
"As Dan [Graziano] mentioned, Pickens' name has circulated as a potential trade target in recent weeks as a result of Dallas' 3-5 record, his 2027 free agency and the difficulty of keeping two high-profile receivers on the books.
Pickens had four targets in Sunday's loss to Arizona, fewer than backup tight end Brevyn Spann-Ford. But I've also been told Pickens remains content in Dallas and doesn't want to be moved, nor does Dallas plan to trade him...."
Looks like both parties still want to stay together, but there's no question he needs more looks on offense.

This was a huge part of the process. I promise as stupid as the outsiders think the average Texan is, nobody actually believed that nonsense. They spat in the faces of the people and that”strategy” just didn’t sit right with even the most stubborn of republicans.
#1 problem Texas Republicans had is they really believed the voters were dumb as shit. Non-stop ads about kids changing genders. No vision. Embarrassing.
