🚨NEW AD: From voting to let data centers hide their energy and water use to voting to protect animal abusers, @SenatorJColeman is just too extreme for Bucks and Lehigh counties. It’s time to send someone focused on lowering costs — not weird and vindictive policies — to Harrisburg.

Thank you for signing the Beagle Bill into law - a victory for animals and a powerful example of how politics should work. Leaders from both parties found common ground in compassion and turned it into action. To everyone who spoke up and every lawmaker who worked together to get this done: thank you for showing what’s possible when kindness crosses party lines.”

Gad PA's Beagle Bill became law. Animals do deserve protection from cruelty and unnecessary suffering. But it saddens me that we can come together to protect animals, yet can't find that same common ground when it comes to protecting innocent human life in the womb. Why is it that we can agree on protecting one innocent life, but not another?
WOW! WHAT A WEEK! FROM A VISION TO A VICTORY — THE BEAGLE BILL IS OFFICIALLY LAW! What began five years ago as a mission to protect innocent animals has now become a lasting part of Pennsylvania law! Senate Bill 381 is officially Act 92 of 2026! This new law strengthens protections for dogs and cats used in research and helps give these animals a second chance at life in loving homes. I can't say this enough - I am truly grateful to Senator Carolyn Comitta for her bipartisan partnership throughout this journey, and to the outstanding advocates who helped bring this legislation across the finish line: Kristen Tullo, Anita Archambeau, Heidi Prescott, and the Adams County SPCA in Gettysburg. And, of course, our four-legged ambassador, Phoebe the Beagle! To the many others whose dedication and compassion made this possible, your efforts will make a difference for years to come. Unanimous support. Lasting protections. A brighter future for these animals. Act 92 of 2026 - a legacy of compassion!

WE DID IT! 🎉 The Beagle Bill is now law! 🐶 This victory for animals in laboratories would not have been possible without our incredible supporters in PA and the tireless state legislators who championed the bill, including our sponsors @SenMastriano and @SenatorComitta! 👏🏽
