$GRAB Q3 2026 Earning Preview Full ✍️🧵
Grab Holdings (NASDAQ: GRAB) is set to report Q3 2026 results after the U.S. market close on Monday, November 2, 2026.
Management will host a conference call at 7:00 p.m. ET (8:00 a.m. Singapore time on November 3).
1. Wall Street Concensus
Revenue: $1.05-$1.07B
EPS: $0.01-$0.02
My Expectation:
Revenue: $1.05-$1.08B
EPS: $0.02-$0.03
2. Q2 2026 recap for context
Revenue $997M (+22% YoY)
Adjusted EBITDA $168M (+54%, margin 16.9%)
EPS $0.06 (beat)
Record ATH 54M monthly transacting users (MTUs) and raised full year guidance.
Expect 30%+ growth in the next 3 years
3. What investors are watching:
~MTU metric (most important)
~Financial Services path to profitability, Management has guided that the segment is on track for adjusted EBITDA profitability in H2 2026. Watch loan book growth (targeting >$3B by year-end), credit quality/impairments, and contributions from Superbank (consolidated earlier) and other lending activity. Segment revenue grew 59% YoY in Q2.
~Stash acquisition impact, the deal for the U.S. digital investing platform (closed July 1, 2026) marks its first consolidated quarter. Stash is already profitable with >$5B AUM and >1 million subscribers; investors will look for its contribution to revenue and EBITDA.
~Update on after FTC Taiwan blocked to acquire Food Panda Taiwan, if Grab plans to enter Taiwan from scratch or does it plan to appeal the decision because currently $UBER has more ownership on Delivery Hero than on $GRAB, hence the block was nonsense on no competition.
~On Demand (Mobility + Deliveries) metrics and margins like GMV growth, incentives as a percentage of GMV (rose to 10.9% in Q2 amid fuel costs), mobility margins (guided 8.5–9% for H2, with Indonesia regulatory commission changes a watchpoint), and continued Deliveries strength (including advertising). Fuel costs and incentives remain headwinds.
~Adjusted EBITDA and overall profitability trajectory we want to see continued expansion.
~Guidance update
~Update on Capital return Buyback
~Update on Atome Financial Deal progress
~ Personal Agent intergration to Customers/Drivers/Merchants (Agentic)

Q&A:
~We are on track for GrabFin to hit profitability in H2 2026
~We are managing risk prudently on loan book as we scale it
~SuperBank been growing rapidly with over 7M customers. 60% of SuperBank uses Grab SuperApp.
~ Stash reaches $5.5B AUM with strong subscribers growth, help us drive GrabFin profitability
~ Uber relating to acquiring Delivery Hero. We have a strong flywheel on our SuperApp, we are not afraid of competition.
~ GrabMart has lots of upside or growth. Deepening partnerships with different groceries to drive growth
~ AI-auto grab groceries
~ Indonesia Commission Cap on 2 wheels and only 6% of GMV
~ Fuel Price is volatile, we will continue to support our drivers. We have even more drivers coming in the SuperApp. We already factored the support in the guidance. If Fuel goes down, that will help us.
~ Longer term, more EVs coming in at rapid pace. EVs reduce TCO for drivers. This quarter we have 9 new EV partnerships and expand charging relationships.
~ Mobility we care about number of rides and drivers as we face fuel volatility. We want to have strong supply of drivers to service strong demand. We are making sure Drivers earning up, make a good living. Margin was 8.6%, and we want to keep it healthy, we want this setup going into Q3 as we don't know where oil price gonna go.
~We executed $400M buyback from $500m announced at current share price. With new $750M additional Buyback take our cumulative buyback to $1.75B since 2024. We want to return capital back to shareholders as we generate more FCF from our businesses to drive shareholders' value long term
~ We are leading AV in Singapore, it will be a while for other SEA countries as most are 2 wheels
~ We want high density, trust, and scale.
~ Foodpanda Taiwan, We remain on track to enter Taiwan market. We working closely with Taiwanese regulators and expect to close by end of year.

2. FY2026 Adjusted EBITDA guidance of $720 million - $740 million (44% - 48% YoY growth).

this is not a small group of people on the left anymore, but a large, dominant faction without whom democrats can’t win elections. and there is no debating them, because they aren’t interested in changing your mind. they just earnestly want you to die.

UNDERCOVER: GAVIN NEWSOM SAYS THE DSA IS "GOING TO BE DOMINANT" AND "MAINSTREAM" IN THE DEMOCRATIC PARTY!
"The DSA, the energy and the desire and demand for bold change, not incremental change, is very much going to be dominant. I mean, that's going to be a mainstream Democratic movement. Absolutely. No question about that."
That's California Gov. Gavin Newsom, a likely 2028 presidential candidate, speaking to an undercover journalist while campaigning in New Hampshire.
Asked by a "younger voter" who said "we don't want Kamala Harris, we want more democratic socialist policies":
"No one is arguing to manage the status quo and fail more efficiently."
"You can't play in the margins anymore. The system's broken. It's completely unbalanced, and we can't manage the decline. We have to completely reimagine."
I’ve seen enough, democrats need to prison Elon and hang him for fucking treason with Ukraine and market manipulation. Fuck you @elonmusk
Fuck Elon, at this point his manipulation on X towards neoclouds trying to drive their companies into bankruptcy for his gain is bullshit. Democrats win the presidency, jail this fucking guy strip him of his companies stupid bitch

All the racism I see on this app is disgusting
Everyone should deserve respect, wether they are black or human
Democrat James Talarico in his own words:

“Our trans community needs abortion care too”

Elon’s post is blowing up, but people are getting it completely wrong.
This is actually VERY bullish for the neoclouds that can execute, including $SPCX $NBIS $IREN $CRWV.
@elonmusk is talking about stranded compute in partially complete data centers.
Translation: construction delays. Transformers with 2.5–4 year lead times, grid access taking 4+ years, cooling, permits, switchgear… GPUs show up in months, but if any critical piece is missing the cluster never reaches RFS.
Only the operators who can actually energize megawatts capture this cycle.
Demand for compute is and will be there (short-term pricing $40–50B/GW). Those who can’t execute sit on depreciating silicon and trapped capital. Those who can, print.
Execution > capital. This cycle rewards the ones who turn the lights on, not the ones who just stockpile GPUs.
Make sure to pick the winners!
Replying to @Yuchenj_UW
I think we’re going to see a lot of stranded compute in partially complete data centers
Now only down -1.33% could be a rebound tomorrow for AI stack $CRWV

Hint: everything recovered hugely
The entire AI infrastructure complex is now in a bear market.
Drawdown since all time high
> GE Vernova: -22%
> Quanta: -24%
> Eaton: -18%
> Vertiv: -47%
> Bloom Energy: -32%
> Constellation Energy: -33%
> Coreweave: -67%
> IREN: -64%
Either a falling knife or a generational buying opportunity, depending on which side of the AI debate you sit on

The prints so far do not support the fear, it’s the opposite as it increases our bullish conviction on AI thesis into year-end and 2027 despite the market jitters. We expect Alphabet, Microsoft, Amazon to confirm the massive Capex spending path next week Monetization key🎯🐂

Bubble pops when there is lack of demand, super tight monetary policy and excess supply.
With AI, we have very strong demand, supply bottlenecks, neutral monetary policy plus widespread fear of a bubble.
Place your chips wisely.

The $CRWV + neocloud drawdown of the past 10 days was basically a psyop. The $SPCX and $META prints further validate the wildly asymmetric demand for compute and power. Coreweave has both. Plus it has rock solid anchor customers in $MSFT and $META and it’s booking are growing 200+% YoY. 👏🏻

*BLACKSTONE PRESIDENT WE DONT SEE AN AI BUBBLE. $CRWV WILL BE FINE
When you think about a bubble, you think about building capacity and then hoping the demand comes. With AI you're building capacity & you're hoping you can keep up with the demand. Demand for AI is parabolic…
