Premier Higgs has indicated that the only way this harmful policy will be reversed is if we take him to court. So, thatโs what weโre doing.

Thank you to @cancivlib for this important legal challenge. The New Brunswick government can not create policy that violates anyoneโs human rights or the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms. They also can not make any of their employees violate these laws. ๐ณ๏ธโโง๏ธ
