...and to add insult to injury, Pemmy Mojodina's Deputy Minister, one David "State Intelligence" Mahlobo, has such a scandal-riddled past that even @MYANC Deputy President Paul "Alex Mafia" Mashatile blushes when he speaks...
I actually have no words to try and explain this level of cringe and embarrassment to people outside of SA. For fuck sakes, this is a cabinet minister 🙈 As South Africans we know, and we have made our peace with relentless cadre incompetence and sheer stupidity. But how do you explain this to someone that doesn’t know? She comes across as an idiot. Any rational person would ask - How do you put an idiot in charge of a country’s water? I honestly don’t know how to answer that one. @CyrilRamaphosa, maybe you can help with that one buddy.

.@MYANC doesn't do cost estimates...remember when somebody pushed ANC Health Minister Aaron "Quack" Motsoaledi into a corner and forced him to admit he had no clue what his pie-in-the-sky invention, National Health Insurance, might cost taxpayers to implement..?
@grok what are the estimates for other major infrastructure like roads, hospitals and other key infrastructure

"What does SA's Chairship of SADC mean for South Africans?" * Lots more taxpayers' money wasted on expensive, fruitless jollys by ANC delegations. * Lots more undocumented migrants entering SA illegally from neighboring countries. * Lots more ANC hot air...

Well guess what, Pemmy, my dear...if this useless, lying, looting @MYANC @GovernmentZA doesn't find R400bn to fix the water crisis it created then you and David Mahlobo and the rest of your thieving pals and cronies will be joining @MbalulaFikile washing taxis for a living...
WATCH | Water and sanitation minister Pemmy Majodina says South Africa needs at least R400bn to fix its entire water system, money the country doesn’t have.

Action SA Mayor Moya Tshwane , on ignoring warnings and letting unchlorinated water flow for weeks — sickening hundreds, mostly small children: “We had an action plan, but we didn’t implement it.” Brilliant. ActionSA had a whole plan sitting right there. They simply chose not to use it. Peak governance. The irony is exquisite, Dr.

The US mid-term elections are on Tues 3rd Nov. 35 Senate seats and all 435 House of Representative seats are up for grabs. Primarily due to Trump's unpopularity, the most likely result is Trump's Republicans losing the House to the Democrats, and possibly losing the Senate too.
WARNING: STRONG LANGUAGE President Trump escalated his invective against Norway, calling it a ‘shit house country’ and saying Norwegian immigrants are not welcome in the United States because the Nobel committee, based in the capital Oslo, has not awarded him a Peace Prize reut.rs/3U1joSt

🚨 THE YOUNG BLACK WOMAN BEHIND THE RECORD I declared this week Dr Nasiphi Moya Week because I believe we must celebrate Black women who step into difficult spaces, take on responsibility, and get the work done. Over the past two years, Nasiphi has carried the responsibility of leading Tshwane through a challenging political and financial environment. This week, I want South Africans to look beyond the politics and focus on the record. This is about a Black woman who stepped forward, accepted responsibility, and served. Let us celebrate her journey. Let us celebrate her work. Let us celebrate what is possible when capable Black women are given the opportunity to lead. #5MoreYears

...probably not...but this useless, lying, looting @MYANC @GovernmentZA is so devoid of any sort of expertise in any field that any goon willing to shoot his mouth off gets hours of media screen-time and acres of line-space...until they realise he's no better than the rest...

So in other words should not venture into being an expert in trade related issues and economics in general

...once again: SAns aren't angry about legal, documented foreigners and asylum seekers. They're unhappy - read VERY ANGRY - about the ~4m undocumented and illegal foreigners living in SA right now, right under the noses of @MYANC @GovernmentZA @HomeAffairsSA and @SAPoliceService.
MYTH: Asylum seekers and refugees are above the law FACT: South Africa upholds the rule of law and the integrity of the migration system. All asylum seekers and refugees are required to comply with South African laws, maintain valid documentation and cooperate with lawful administrative processes. #Misdisinformation #FactsvsMyth #GovZAUpdates

...so this IDIOT from @JHBWater knows exactly why @CityofJoburgZA can't supply water to the good people of Ivory Park (the water reservoir isn't big enough) but fails to say what residents and voters need to hear: "The City of Joburg will start building a new reservoir soon"!
[WATCH] Residents of Ivory Park have been grappling with persistent water supply challenges, with communities raising concerns about prolonged outages and the impact on their daily lives. Joburg Water says demand in the area exceeds the capacity of the President Park reservoir, necessitating daily water throttling to allow levels to recover. But beyond the technical explanations, residents are the ones living with the consequences. Newzroom Afrika's Katleho Sekhotho has more. #Newzroom405

There are few signs that any Artificial Intelligence model is anywhere near making a profit for its inventors, despite the $billions and $billions spent building the huge energy- and cooling water-hungry data centers required to make AI run. The bubble grows larger every day.
Everybody involved can go to hell. This is disgusting.

Some take longer than others but eventually every State Owned Enterprise becomes a bankrupt disaster area, with no skilled, experienced or trustworthy employees, and only useless, deployed cadres on it's Board of Directors. SAA's death spiral goes on and on like a bad soap opera.

Currently only ~17% of SA's exports and ~7% of SA's imports are to/from other African countries. That's because other African countries don't have much foreign currency with which to buy imports from SA, and don't have many exports that SAns want. That can't be changed quickly.
International Relations expert, Dr Kingsley Makhubela, says the cancellation of AGOA contracts would affect 10% of South Africa's trade with the USA. He says SA businesses should expand into the African continent instead. Watch: tinyurl.com/3afewav2

The only person who believes the BS this useless, lying, looting @MYANC organised crime boss says is Fat Gwede himself. The ONLY lives the ANC has ever improved are the lives of card-carrying ANC cadres, their families and cronies...and they did that by stealing taxpayers' money.
[WATCH] ANC National Chairperson Cde Gwede Mantashe tells a community meeting that the ANC does not claim to be perfect. It has made mistakes, corrected them and continued working to improve people’s lives. The ANC builds on its experience in government and the progress already made. On 4 November, vote ANC. 📍 Lejweleputswa Region, Free State #VoteANC2026 #LetsBuildBetterCommunities

...so in a nutshell and straight from the horse's arse, @MYANC's REAL message to 4th November voters is: "don't blame the ANC for SA's Water Security Crisis! Despite 32+ yrs in govt the ANC isn't responsible for poor infrastructure, lack of maintenance or wrongful appointments!"
"There is no water security crisis". That is the word from Deputy Water Minister David Mahlobo. Where problems exist, Mahlobo blames poor infrastructure, lack of maintenance, and wrongful appointments. Tune in to #eNCA, on #DStv403.

Like David in the Bible, when the ANC falters in fulfilling its commitments & makes mistakes, it has the courage to acknowledge those mistakes, apologise publicly &, when forgiven, it responds with humility & gratitude.
