Expect a lot of articles from outlets like the NYT or the Atlantic to focus on the ‘civil rights’ of the gang members, ignoring the fact that gangs make the concept of ‘civil rights’ impossible for normal people.

“GrapheneOS cracked by police”
The source article for that claim says there’s no sign of an exploit and no sign the phones were running official GrapheneOS.
the dutch phones came from a reseller who built his own fork, reportedly with AI tools and added remote device management so he could control the phones himself.
That’s a stranger’s software with Grapheneos in the name and a remote control built in not GrapheneOS.
About the “cracked” german phone, the police seized a Pixel 8a in 2025. It failed extraction that july. A year later they got data off it. A seized phone can’t update, so it was still on its 2025 patches the whole time. How they got in is undisclosed.

A viral post claimed german police cracked GrapheneOS and that flashing it onto a Pixel is "no longer safe."
The original article is from a group called Joint Defense Team. Crimesite, a dutch outlet also covered it and quoted german criminal defence lawyer Christian Lödden, who's linked to the group. The article goes through two cases.
Germany: in a Hamburg case, the BKA (federal police) got data off a seized Pixel 8a documented as running GrapheneOS. their first attempt in July 2025 failed. they succeeded in July 2026. the method hasn't been disclosed. the article lists the possibilities: a vulnerability, guessing the PIN, or getting the PIN from somewhere else, like a password reused elsewhere. it also notes the phone had been stuck at its 2025 patch level the whole time, so it says little about current devices.
Netherlands: on 26 October, dutch police arrested a 42-year-old reseller from Ridderkerk on suspicion of money laundering and participating in a criminal organisation. He sold phones running his own fork, reportedly built with AI tools, with mobile device management added so he could control the phones remotely. it didn't get official security updates, and its signing keys were probably compromised. lödden suspects police got those keys and pushed an update that removed the lock screen. Police haven't confirmed that.
so neither case shows a break into a current, official GrapheneOS phone.
The leaked Cellebrite documents point the same way. in Cellebrite's own internal support matrix from October 2025, locked, up-to-date GrapheneOS phones are listed as inaccessible. access is only shown for phones on patches older than late 2022.
"secure phones" sold to criminals have a long history of not being what they claim. ANOM, one of these phones, turned out to be run by the FBI the whole time. if someone sells you a "GrapheneOS phone" on a subscription, you're trusting their build, their updates and their signing keys, not GrapheneOS.

Meanwhile in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Hillsborough County is marketing this as being a harmless insecticide. But when you look into it a little bit further you see all of the toxic side effects which include exposure through inhalation as well as contact with your eyes and skin. How many people were sick due to coming into direct contact with this? 80 years of failed experiments spraying for mosquitoes and mosquito control.

Two Muslim cops in New York stopped a nurse for no apparent reason other than that she was walking her dog.
They cornered her and threatened to seize her dog. When confronted, they got angry and couldn’t say what law she had broken.
This is what happens when you give these people power. All I can say is that she was lucky there were passersby, because it was 3 AM and things could’ve ended much worse.

This time around, they are not going to waste even a second.
You have 58 days before things start go get weird.
In one of her first acts as governor-elect, Sen. @amyklobuchar affirmed that she will go after Minnesotans' firearms under the guise of "safety."
"The gun safety bill is going to get passed...it certainly should be one of our top priorities."
you’re gonna hear all about the White girls making monkey noises but not a single black will acknowledge this
A few days ago, Austin Payne, a 15-year-old White boy in Georgia, was hunted, shot, and left to die in an abandoned apartment by four black teen males.
He called his mom after being attacked and shot, telling her he was dying.
She found his body the next morning after searching all night for him.
Charged with his murder: Jansquincey Donaldson, 15; Omari Marion, 15; Adarious Wallace, 16; Detravion Parker, 22.
National media has been completely silent.
If four White teens had done this to a Black kid, it would dominate cable news for days.
Instead, silence.
They covered the Nolan Wells case wall-to-wall for a drowning.
Yet this kid was hunted like an animal and brutally murdered, and because his skin is White, his story will never be told.
I couldn’t imagine being his mother and getting that call.
Rest easy, Austin. 💔

Haiti makes up 0.9% of the Dominican Republic’s GDP.
Haitians flee to the DR for a better life. DR doesn’t need Haiti.
